I have been going to Dr. Norris for years - I trust her to give me a good assessment of what is needed to keep my skin healthy. I really appreciate her willingness to respond to my detailed questions and get a well rounded answer - she really knows her stuff and its clear to me that she stay on top of the latest technology in her dermatology field. Ive always felt like she has given me adequate info so that I am empowered to make educated decisions around skin care. I have also referred several individuals who have all had great experiences. The staff is equally helpful and supportive. I saw a couple recent comments about the staff and Patricias assistant scribe that seemed off putting to some - With all due respect, I am not paying for my doctors expertise in typing up my notes - I appreciate that she is using resources (such as a scribe) to help keep her focused on what she does best - being a resource for me when it comes to my skin. I find that I get the most out of my visits when I go in with a clear agenda and have a list of questions I would like answered and I stay on task. I dont expect Patricia to be a mind - reader so expecting her to meet all of my needs with asking for what I want I dont think puts anyone into a position to be successful with their doctor. Sorry for the rant but I felt compelled to say something after some of the most recent negative comments. I have a high level of expectations with my health care providers and really feel Dr. Norris has met those for over ten years now. Highly recommended.

I would absolutely not recommend Dr. Patricia Norris. I carefully researched my decision in my first dermatology visit. I wanted a skin check and also to discuss solutions for my aging skin. I was interested in treatments. Dr. Norris saw me for less than 5 minutes. She walked into the room with a man scribe, apparently she cannot take her own notes, and looked over my naked front and then back and that was it. Her only recommendation was that I wear sunscreen, which i already do religiously. She also had her assistant test me to purchase a make-up product. It was the worst experience with a medical professional that I have ever had. There was absolutely no consultation and having a man in the room for no real function was very off-putting.

Botched a treatment leaving a scare on my forehead. Then, one of her people (no longer there unfortunately) treated me for it and did great job, on an ongoing basis. She basically prevented me from suing the doctoc for the scare on my forehead she crested, and now unfortunately has left. The replacement/new person "tamara" is unprofessional, pushy, ignorant, has a listening problem and tried to triple pricing on me!!! I walked right out. BEWARE of this office and thier new person "tamara". What planet do some of these people come from????!!!!!

My visit was fine, the space is nice and the PA I saw was friendly, but it is extremely inconvenient that they do not offer online bill pay. Sending payment through the mail is insecure. Its 2017. Ive been paying medical bills online for at least the last 10 years...its time to get on board, folks.

Thank you to Dr. Norris and her entire staff for helping me with testing for contact dermatitis. Ive never met a more friendly staff from the front desk through the assistants. And, Dr. Norris was both personable and friendly as well as thorough. Definitely a five star experience.

I liked everything about it except the receptionist was pretty snotty with me. Jay, Helen and Leanna are great but Kianna (sp) really needs an attitude adjustment and a course on customer service.

Never answers the phone the shut off the phone systems early before they close and will not work with you because it doesnt benefit them extremely rude
