Called to get a refill after visiting last year. They wouldnt refill a prescription that the physician specifically set-up for me to get refills. This was for a routine medication, and for a routine skin-condition. I called the office 5 times, each time getting a different excuse to try to get me back into the office (to bill me). One call I was misquoted prescription laws, got a chuckle out of that. Never have I had my time so efficiently wasted. Miserable experience.

Dr. Headley removed some lipomas from a portion of my arm but after the scars healed, discovered he did an incomplete job, leaving several behind next to the incision! Unfortunately, they grow back. Addressed problem to Doctor, denied any fault. Why are Doctors so arrogant that they cant admit a mistake?

Very friendly wouldnt go anyplace else
