I was hesitant to see the new doctor because I like Dr. Francis so much. I have a medical eye condition which is why I was there. The new doctor Dr. Kerran was wonderful, very professional and thorough and yet so friendly and nice. I felt better as soon as we met and after the visit I felt relived and knew I was in good hands. Plus when I talked to Patt about new glasses she made me laugh. She was also friendly and helpful and helped my husband with his glasses. Everybody there took good care of both myself and my husband.

SO expensive!!! I loved the staff and doctors but their new patient exam was $332 plus I had an additional $145 in contact fitting fees. For an exam, one pair of regular lens glasses and a prescription for contacts (not even the contacts themselves) I paid over $700!!! Ive had glasses all my life and been to many different eye doctors/physicians and never paid that much. Great service but not worth the price at all. :(

First appointment to discuss treatment for bad eye lashes. Second for electrolysis however machine wasnt there so sorry come back again. Doctor did not seem to be with it
