Initially he was very good. He had an attentive office manager who was on top of everything. If you left a message, she returned the call the same day, or the following morning. Very sharp, and professional. She ended leaving the business. Dr. Greggs office manager replacement made several errors on my wifes glasses. Wrong frames. This happened twice. The order had to be sent back. 2 weeks later my wife gets her glasses. She had a difficult 2 weeks trying to do her work at her computer without her glasses. Left several messages on the office voice mail about having eye/vision changes. My calls were NEVER returned. Very inattentive. In a hospital setting, we would use the term, Poor bedside manner". Dr. Gregg is a very nice person, but uncaring of his patients once you leave his office. Communication between a doctor and his patient is essential, and should never be taken lightly.

Im a very picky person so for me to write a review, it must be exceptional. Best eye doctor ever! Perfect prescription. I felt like the doctor and staff were honest, charming, and did not rush me.. again, I am picky and have lots of questions. They were all patient and had honest answers. I love the name of the business too. Cleaver!
