THUMBS DOWNNN awful experience with dr NOLES!!! doc was sooo rude. doc recommended an xray or mamogram n i politley expressed that its against my religion to xpose my body to radiation treatment that id prefer ultrasound. this rude doc said "your religion??? what kind of religion r u that u dont believe in radiation" ??? i didnt answer him bc ITS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS !!! i xplained to him wher i was having pain n i said "ur the specialist so u kno better about my situation than me n he says "no im not a specialist"... like whats this guys problem. i asked him being that im declining radiation tests what else can u do to help me he says "i dont kno"... i looked at my husband n said "see what i mean" and the doc cuts me off n says "no its not see what i mean" i started to cry bc of how he treated me n then had the nerve to.questiom my religion when he also said what religion am i i said i believe my body is my temple n to not bring harm to it n he said "so its not ur religion u just dont believe in radiation" Like xcuse me who do u think u are. i was balling my eyes.out w the insensitive behavior that this doc had towards me and my unknown pain i was feeling in my abdomen n breasts. i couldnt stop cryin n i left a wreck. all i wanted was help n i left in a worse condition than i arrived in. i would never go bac or give my money to a facility that thinks that treating ppl in that manner is ok. no one even cared i was crying n no one appologized for how i xpressed i was treated. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE QUESTIONED BY A DOCTOR ON WHAT THEIR RELIGION IS NOR HAV TO FEEL THE NEED TO DEFEND THEIR BELIEFS I DO BELIEVE THAT THE HIPPA LAW PROTECTS US AGAINST THIS

Had a lot of trouble when i went to the emergency room. No wait to get in, but i waited for a long time after i was in. I thought my problem was more serious than it was and i think they should have diagnosed me more quickly and sent me on my way. Diagnosis was bronchitis which is easy to determine, but i was there more than 4 hours. The bill was atrocious. However, they were pragmatic about it and reduced the bill to something more reasonable which i paid and they refunded my money when the insurance check came in. They seem to have preferred clients who come in and get treated quickly.

I used to work at this place and this is the most unprofessional place I have ever worked. Not only do managers treat you like crap, but so do the other emplyees. Now when they give job references to perspective employers they tell lies. Now I do have one company that is working with me because they gave this bad reference and I am contacting a lawyer. How am I supposed to get a job when a previous employer is telling lies. Shame, shame! I hope to see these people in court!

I was seen at Westfield Hospital after an accident. Dr. Noels (who was fantastic) came in to exam me in less then 5 minutes. I was xrayed, cleaned up and discharged in about an hour. The professionalism and caring was outstanding by nurse and doctor.
