Do yourself a favor, dont see Marie Fluke she is PA at Northwestern Medical Center. I normally dont see her I get Jen she is compassionate truely cares. Marie switched my medication I was on from Jen from 3 a day to 2 a day this medicine is for my nerves. I was ok but now have experienced 2 deaths in my family, I tried to get the script back the way Jen had it, Marie wont do it. I spoke to Jen she cant over step her which I understand. Now my husband who is Maries patient is having major surgery tomorrow, the surgeons nurse spoke to Marie to give my husband 2 pills because he has anxiety she will not give it, the nurse at the hospital couldnt believe it. she told us to switch doctors. I dont know what Maries problem is but she was the only PA we saw, she knows us, knows what is taken we never missed appointments always had our blood work complete and followed her directions...Save yourself the crap dont see MARIE!!!!

I had quite a few bad experiences here but for some reason decided to give it one more shot. I am young, but no where near uneducated, and I feel as if they treated me like a child and didnt take me seriously. I would not have gone to the doctor in the first place if I were not truly concerned about my health. Dr. Jin disregarded my issues and told me to take Motrin, which it clearly states on my chart I am allergic to. She was in and out in two minutes tops. I will never go back and I now have to pay far to much for absolutely nothing.... I expect my doctor to work with me to help solve my issues, not to push me out the door just to make a profit and move on to the next patient.

This place is filled with unprofessional, rude and insidious people. First Dr. Panik and the staff at this place never properly treated our son and then Lisa in billing began calling and harassing our family after we told them we were leaving to get our son proper care and they refused to transfer his medical records, they delayed our son receiving medical care because of their arrogance and complete disregard for a patients health! I would not go here if I was dead, it is the most unprofessional and horrible place and should be shut down for negligence and malpractice!!!!!
