I have been coming to this dentist office for quite some time now and I can say that I absolutely love it here from my personal hygentist Karen, my personal dentist Dr. Johanna Palacio and Yana and her crew...these ladies are great. I enjoy my visit at Bala Cynwyd they make you feel at ease knowing; that most dentist visits can be a scary one but not here! These ladies are practically family to me. Very flexible and convenient! Besides the needles (which for my case was necessary but the dentist even made that less painful) it was a great experience. The staff is very professional, courteous, and very helpful when explaining insurance issues, and procedures. They even have a great sense of humor to help calm your nerve. My dentist was very kind, and did a great job of explaining everything. Thanks Ms. Lakeisha for helping me with billing, and my insurance issues!

I get very anxious when it comes to the dentist and here they make you feel so comfortable. They dont do any treatments you dont agree to do and they dont force procedures on you. So far my procedures have been painless.
