I have been here a few times and it wasnt the best. Let me be clear though. The wait was long and I wasnt impressed with my sons oral surgeon. Doing more research I saw that cross keys family dental is one of the only dental facilities who take new jersey state insurance which a lot of people have so it is very busy. They also try to accommodate everyone and the other 32 offices they have which is why there isnt always the same doctors there. I had an appointment today and iam pregnant. I have to have a lot of extractions. The oral surgeon came in, said hello with a warm smile and gave me a high five. I was so nervous until that moment. He was considerate and asked if i was having a boy or girl being that iam pregnant. I expressed my nervousness to the doctor. He was so kind and didnt rush me or make me feel as if my concerns werent important. I was also worried I would not numb because I had a problem last time. He reassured me that it would be ok and even though I never met him before today I believed him. He was genuine. It went excellent. The first time I didnt feel pain in a long time during a dental procedure, because unfortunately I have bad teeth. He walked me up front made sure I was ok afterwards . When I expressed my gratitude and told him how wonderful he was, he was so humble and simply appreciated it and said "thank you" I made sure I told the office manager in front of him how great he was and the doctor and the office manager chuckled while saying thank you and reassured me that they would let the boss know. As he walked away I continued expressing my gratitude to the office manager. I asked his name and she told me doctor Dicesare. She then told me that he was the owner of all 33 of their offices. I was in shock! You would have never known it. He was so down to earth and just wonderful all around. He was so humble as i said. I never write reviews. Actually this is my first one. I just wanted to make sure everyone that writes a review on here understands that all 33 of their dental offices accepts state insurances allowing people without a lot of money to get treated . Doctor Dicesare really cares about all the patients. Its inevitable that one of the offices will not be perfect at all times because they are so busy trying to help everyone that other dentist offices wont because all they are concerned about is money. but if u have a concern about your experience please consider letting the office manager in the facility know so that they have a chance to improve. They wont know unless you let them. The office manager at croos keys is very nice and listens to concerns. The staff is awesome also. The one nurse my son had remembered him and asked how he was. Anyway the point is instead of going to rush to write a nasty review give them a chance. I will go here and recommend it to anyone. Thank you again doctor Dicesare and staff. God bless.

A 5-Star Dr. Dentist This review is especially for Dr. Lopez who did bring back my confidence to this office after a serious disappointment and frustration with my previous dentist, to whom I had two strong words when I went to expose the shabby job he had done for me despite the thousands spent by my insurance and me regarding my implants. Unfortunately for me, he wasn’t working at that practice any longer. Thank God for both of us… My wife knowing exactly what will be my reaction in such situations decided to manage the case and asked me to step aside; and she was right. Because “out of evil” good did come, when luckily, The Lord now brought Dr Lopez into the picture as my new dentist. Not only that the man (Dr. Lopez) is genuinely courteous, kind and friendly with a real human empathy toward his patients; but his knowledge of the practice is diametrically the opposite of my former dentist. No doubt about it! Dr. Lopez is just one of those who truly love their job; therefore, handle it with pride and dignity. The ones who believe in: “Money, YES. But my Reputation FIRST…” The man just brought me to a 360 degree reconsideration regarding the mindset I had for this particular practice. Frankly speaking, somehow I wasn’t really surprise by his performance as I wasn’t expecting less, since any well educated person should know them when it comes to their Cigars as well as their outstanding practice in medicine and dentistry … Whoever knows him, should know exactly what I’m talking about… Absolutely GREAT Doctor, Dr. Lopez. Keep it up Doc! And may The Lord bless you. Happily, Patient: Stéphane Korbéogo.

They kindly fit me in with an emergency appt. Tooth Abscess. It has been all downhill since.... I was prescribed Amoxicillin and Ibuprofin for swelling and pain. 3 Days later the pain was worsening amd swelling increased into my jawline and chin. Pain was a 10 out of 10. I called them 2 times on that third day. Said the Amoxicillin was doing nothing - swelling and pain have gotten much worse. After talking to receptionist 2 times (9:10 am & 1:45pm) I did not get a call back until about 3pm. I was told to keep taking the Amoxicillin until it runs out and we will call in a prescription for Tylenol3 for pain. What????? Again I said the Amoxicillin is doing nothing! ZERO! Painkillers dont even last the prescribed 6-8 hours. They were lasting about 2 to maybe 3 hours. The pressure was constant from swelling and pain was almost all day long bacause painkillers were less effective. I took the T3 presciption and same thing happenned, painkiller would last maybe 2 hours. The receptionist said that is what the dentist recommends to continue Amoxicillin even if the first 12 pills have done nothing for me! I did not like the attitude of the receptionist. She was absolutely not a people person. Didnt seem to care about me in the least and I was trying to be nice as p[ossible because I knew they could help me. So I called my doctors office, they put me on Clindamycin which made a difference after 2 pills. I was already cutting back on the pain killers. To sum up my problems with Crosskeys Dental: Not frienldy, Not responsive, and do not seem to listen to patient or care.

I am writing this in behave of my 88 year old grandmother who had the worst possible experience imaginable. She came in for dentures, the fit was improper and caused sores to her gums. They tried to fix them, and that ended up botched because they again filed something too far down, once again leaving her with sores. After all the aggravation they could not fix their mistake so in order for them to refund her THEY WANTED THE TEETH BACK!!! What exactly do they plan on doing with her USED TEETH! Disgusting. Someone needs to send the State in their because Im sure they are not up to ADA Standards if they are asking for teeth back. She returned the teeth and is still waiting for her refund! This place is beyond unprofessional and truly disappointing. UPDATE: Writing this original review was in hopes of getting the attention of the supervisors of this office to mend this nightmare they have caused. Rather then an apology, deserved refund, or any kind of compassion toward the situation, my 88 year old grandmother was told "the review your grandson wrote on yelp was a BIG mistake." and she is going to have to go to the office to sign paperwork. She has been treated completely horrible in this situation. All she NEEDS is her refund for the services they lacked to provide. THIS REVIEW IS NOT A BIG MISTAKE. SPEAKING UP FOR UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE IS NOT A MISTAKE. THE MISTAKE IS YOURS CROSS KEYS DENTAL.
