The staff is very professional and accomodating. I love that they have evening hours to fit your schedule. I have a difficult prescription which is sometimes a challenge for some optometrists to prescribe but the Doctor was able to figure it out quickly. They also informed me of a rebate on my contacts and got the information to apply for the rebate to me quickly.
