I have only stayed with them for four years due to Dr. Parker. She is great. Otherwise the whole digby experience starting from the front desk staff to the billing department has been quite unsatisfactory. They have become more about the money than patient care. I have never had any billing issues with them but this last time they wrongly charged me for my contact lens exam at the desk when it should have been billed to my insurance. They wouldnt agree to this and said they would not release my prescription unless I paid upfront. I had no choice but to do this. It then took me four months and multiple calls to their office, for them to finally bill to my insurance. Now the insurance has paid them and I can only hope they dont give me the run around (like before) to get my money back.

Dr Parker is WONDERFUL! She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She discovered two holes in my retina and hazing on my cornea. Because of this, I was able to avoid a detached retina. Very thorough eye exam and excellent at fitting contact lenses.

An average experience. They have high prices, but decent customer service. Basically, just the usual of a glasses shop.
