These folks are terrific. They are friendly, and they spend as much time with you as you need. My prescription worked better than one I got from a bigger and more prestigious place. When I came back after 1 month and said my glasses werent working right they replaced them- free. When I broke my $400 frames, they fixed them- free. I lost a pair they gave me a discount on the next pair and ordered them to arrive in 2 days. When I asked for my prescription so I could order cheap glasses from the internet they said Let us know how that works for you." This is the kind of personal local business that national chains and internet can never replace. No more internet glasses for me.

Professional, friendly, good offers. I really really liked their service. The consultation was thorough and professional, and the doctor a pleasant person to be around. The person at the desk, Brett, was also very helpful. He discussed my insurance options with me, helped me pick good frames, offered me a 50% off because I had purchased contact lenses too, and was overall a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely come back again

they do not know where to put a bi-focal on eyeglasses ..told her I could not read from my glasses..sent them back and still had the same problem..realized she never measured for bi-focal..went to another place and was told the bi-focal was too low nice people but cannot afford to go back

The Dr. is nice and very thorough. I just ordered another 6 months of contacts over the phone, which took less than a minute! :)
