After myeyedr take over this business. Every time I come here, have to wait for at least 30 mins for someone to attend me. This is true when one customer vs 4 or 5 optical people. I hate this trend. Update 06/20/17: Gave my glasses 3 weeks ago for lens change. As of today have not got any message about my order status from optical. When i approached last week for status after 30 min wait i got a reply your order is delayed. No customer focus optical. This is going to be my last transactions with this optical. All this happened even at this point there is no regard for the delays.

Spoke with the general Manager Shawn about retrieving prescriptions and taking them to another physician, he told me that I can "kiss his ass" that I am out three hundred dollars and refused to finalize the prescriptions! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH MR. EYE DOCTOR AGAIN! I have used Alleghany Optical since I was thirteen and they just lost my business!

I am very happy everyone was very friendly and professional and I most definitely will be back again. Looking at the other reviews that werent so good but Perhaps they got new management or something because I was very satisfied.

long wait times. Not enough staff. Glasses came in messed up and had to be reordered. Employee also failed to order translucent lenses so lenses had to be ordered a second time. staff is not competent.
