Dr. Wen took the time to explain each part of the eye exam and really adds a personal touch that just makes the whole experience a great one. As just a quick example, during the part where the lens is changing, its the first time Ive ever had an eye doctor say, "Its okay if 1 and 2 look the same, just tell me that too!" It was also the first time I had an eye doctor take the time to really explain clearly how an astigmatism affects my vision. When shopping for glasses, the staff was courteous and made recommendations without being pushy. They helped provide an honest opinion of which frames worked best with my face, not based on price. In fact, we even went with a less expensive lens on the staffs recommendation that the more expensive one wouldnt really be any thinner with my particular prescription and frames. If youre looking for a permanent eye care center that really knows their stuff and has a great customer relations focus, then this is the place!
