Ive been going here about 2 years. Ive not had issues with the phone-they answer. Certainly not tremendous customer service, but for the most part has been OK. I originally went to Walmart pharmacy because I paid out of pocket initially and theyre one of the less expensive around. Ive had some frustrating times but really, I dont feel its terrible. When a new staff member joins I believe they are barely trained at all and others seem to take their time before helping new staff while you stand there. Thats about it. They do know me at this point so possibly that may help.

Terrible customer service. This makes 2 days in a row that Ive had to come in to collect the same medicine for a family member and they are giving me the run around for the past 2 days. Please note that they told us it would be ready yesterday. We went in twice yesterday and it was not ready. I am here today getting the same misinformation and lack of helpfulness. Should we use here again? NO.

I keep calling, no answer. I have no idea if they have my prescription. Does this store actually exist?
