The doctor I saw here was excellent. She was professional and thorough and I felt very comfortable with her. However, the front office staff are pushy and rude. I felt uncomfortable with them from the moment I walked in the door. It was beyond clear that their main goal was to get more money out of me. They even tried to push me to get eye tests that the doctor indicated were unnecessary at the time. Its sad because the doctor was fabulous and I want to see her again. Next time, Ill just ask for my prescription, refuse all unnecessary tests, and go buy the glasses somewhere else.

My family and I have been patients of this practice for over 5 years and have always recieved excellent quality care. After visiting many optometrists, Dr. Bermel was the only one who was able to correct my little boys vision to 20/20. For the longest time we were being told that our little guy had learning problems. I wish more doctors cared as much as he does about his patients. The only reason why he doesnt get the fifth star is that at times he has a tendancy to run a little behind schedule.

We. have used this team for 3 years. From the front desk staff, to the optometrist, to the frames and fitting team - I have not gotten better service, diligence and professionalism. I choose to drive nearly 20 miles for this team and its worth it for their concern and talent.

Clean office. Staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor was thorough and she gave me lots of information I had not heard before. The woman who helped me pick out new frames was very helpful. I liked they accept both my medical and vision insurances as well.

I felt pressured from the moment I entered the shop to buy, buy, buy. It made me feel that they were less concerned with my vision than they were with my purchase.
