Polishing the sides of my new lenses was "forgotten" and would have taken another 7 days to correct, after I already waited 7 days to get the glasses. I told the optometry apprentice to forget it and refund my money for that. Then this "apprentice" adjusted and adjusted and adjusted my glasses for 20 minutes without being able to get it right. They are terrible and I fear that all the bending and twisting has damaged and may cause weakness in the structure of the frames, resulting in breakage. I am going to attempt to get a refund but am not hopeful.

Both trips to costco for each of my daughters new glasses were efficient and friendly. The optical employees were helpful and patient while they waited on the phone to confirm my VSP coverage since VSP had down something wrong on their side. we will go back next year for our new frames.
