I have had to go back 4 times because dr. Gala finalized my prescription before I was sure my contacts prescription would work for me. The doctor is not very personable and the staff are extremely uninformed. They had my wrong insurance information in the computer, couldnt tell me if my follow up would be complimentary (even though it was the doctors fault) and couldnt even make an appointment for me while I was in the office, I had to go back another time because their system was down. Also they have terrible customer service. It was my first time to the office and nobody escorted me to where I needed to be. They just said go in the room to wait even though there were 4 rooms to choose from. When I asked which room they acted like I should know where to go or what to do. If you are looking for good customer service, avoid this place at all costs! I work in a health care office and we treat all our patients with respect and honor, escorting them wherever they go if they are new or unsure. Now that I finally have the proper prescription Im never going back!!

I ordered prescription sunglasses at Pearle Vision at Francis Scott Key Mall. The expected delivery time was 6 days (which is already longer as at other stores in this mall). As I came in to pick them up, the sunglasses had clear lenses in them and they had to send them back to the lab. When I tried to call, nobody knew when the glasses will arrive and I had to wait at least another 6 days. When I answered that this is unacceptable, I received an disrespectful answer. The store manager promised me to call me back and never did. I cannot recommend to make business with them.

I am a big fan of Pearle Vision, they are awesome people, very caring and helpful, the doctors will explain your procedures ahead of time and what your expectations should be. You will get a reminder for your appointment. Your financial obligations will be explain to you so no surprise, in fact, they are good and Erica is my favorite, she is very pleasant, very gentle with the teeth, which was very important to me. Thank you Erica for making my visit to your office exciting each time.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Rowe. You can tell he cares about his job, takes things personally while trying to make you see better. the girls up front are super nice and will give you an honest opinion about the style of glasses you choose. i did have to go in for a Rx redo since we didnt nail it the first time. Dr. Rowe was patient and genuinely concerned for my vision. i would recommend this place... all the negative reviews seem to be from years ago.

My experience at Pearle Vision, Francis Scott Key Mall has always been great. I have purchased my last two pairs of glasses as well as recent prescription sunglasses from there. Very happy with the service and the manager has gone out of her way to help me more than once including recently when i had set on my glasses and was about to travel. She was able to fit my lenses in a similar frame and i was quickly on my way.

Prescription was way off. Charged a fortune just for the exam. I opted to see another doctor at another company. than deal with this one ever again.
