This place is a joke. Horrible patient care. They do not put write down in your files for any conditons you may have. No apologies for a mistake on their end. I would never recommend this business for any dental work for children nor an adult with any medical conditions. Ive been here 2 times and both experiences have been petrifing to say the least. I am appalled for their customer service from the front staff as well. After I decided to leave and was a having a conversation with the manager in the front desk she proceeded to say she didnt want to be recorded if i was recording her, just because I picked up my phone to call for my mother to pick me up. What also upset me was that when the dentist came in she didnt even say hello or introduce her else. I asked her about a procedure about extracting a tooth and she got all upset she had to take off her gloves to show me on the chart that was hanging on the wall. Then when she proceeded to lay down the dentist chair, I asked her to elevate me slightly so I wouldnt get light headed and get nervous. She then told me that since she is short it hurts her back and over the years can cause arthritis. I the patient had to commidate to the dentist needs. Extremely carelss to patients needs. I know a few families who also who have problems with this office. No recommends and losing clients. My daughter also will never been seen in this carelss office.

As a child my experience with dentist was not very pleasant. As an adult I have high anxiety coming to a dentist. I expressed this when I made my first appointment at All About Smiles in Cranberry. The office staff made me feel comfortable and welcome beginning with my first appointment. They were very accommodating managing my pain before the oral surgery scheduled. No wait time with each visit was not long at all. The dentist explain my procedure and everything that would happen. The waiting area was very comfortable it was very nice to have a TV to watch which helped with my anxiety. The temporary partial fit with the first fitting. Now Im just waiting for the call when the final comes in. I would recommend this dentist to anybody!

THANK YOU Lori for introducing me to Dr. Wolff. I am so happy to finally find a good, caring dentist to take care of my son. He explained things so well for both my son and I to understand. I had no worries after consulting with him. I knew my son was in the best hands and he even gave me his personal number to get ahold of him after hours. Truly a dentist who is out there to help your kids. HIGHLY recommend him!!! If I could give 10 stars i would.

This place is a total loss, route customer service and unprofessional dentists. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially for kids. I went inside with a smile, and came out with a sad face, they ruined my day and my childs denture not checked for the second time. Do a favor to yourself and look somewhere else

Courtney, Step and Kelly were great! They let me know what was going on the whole time. They answered my questions and were very friendly. I even witnessed other employees talking with some little kids. You know they are doing it right when kids come out with a smile on! Thank you ladies.

I would recommend this dental office to anyone. I have been a patient here for ten years. Ive had nothing but excellent care from the dentists and hygienists. The front office staff is very helpful and always accommodating to my needs. I would give ten stars if that were an option!

Very rude, sarcastic office personnel! Bad representation of All About Smiles concern for their patients. They need customer service training. When treatment completed will never return. Too many dentist offices nearby to put up with subpar people.

Took my 3 year old today and they did an excellent job. The dental hygienist was wonderful with him and made him very comfortable. The dentist did a wonderful job as well. I would highly recommend anyone to go here. Will be back for sure
