Was left in a room at the ER for 90 minutes straight, despite efforts to use the call button and being assured someone was on their way multiple times. Eventually, I called my husband crying. Dont know what he said, but he called the facility and within 10 minutes the head nurse and a doctor were in the room apologizing. My original nurse came in during this and they did have the common decency to flat out tell her to leave the room. This was after being told conflicting things about my options in course of treatment by the nurse and x-ray tech. Long story short, I was given the wrong preparation and my stay got needlessly extended. As an added bonus as I was in transit between the treatment room and X-ray room they lost track of which tests had been run and had a protracted conversation about "Bed Two" while patently ignoring my attempts to tell them that, yes in fact I HAD peed in that cup. Complete chaos.

I will never bring my children to this hospital again. From previous visits, they have never been able to help and always send us off to Children’s in Pittsburgh but not without charging a bundle. So this time after my daughter hurt her shoulder saying that she heard something pop and couldn’t move her arm I called ahead to see if they are capable of handling a dislocated shoulder on a child. The lady rudely answered that she cannot diagnose anything without us coming in. I tried to explain that I am not interested in a diagnosis; I simply wanted to know if they are equipped to handle a dislocated shoulder or I will take her directly to Children’s. She began yelling at me until I decided to hang up on her and go to Children’s to get my daughter help. Thank goodness for Children’s Hospital!

TERRIBLE HOSPITAL. THIS PLACE HAS 1 DOCTOR ON A FRIDAY NIGHT 6/20/2014. OUR 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS WRITHING IN PAIN AND NO DOCTOR OR NURSE TO BE FOUND. WEVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 4 HOURS: 10:15 pm to 2:24 am. IF THEY ARE SO BUSY SHOULD THEY NOT CALL IN OTHER MDS??? THERES A VERY UNREAL LACK OF COMPASSION, PROFESSIONALISM AND URGENCY. NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. WE CHOSE IT BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO OUR HOME. ILL NEVER FORGIVE MYSELF FOR BRINGING MY SWEET LITTLE GIRL HERE. WHAT AN AWFUL, AWFUL PLACE. NOW ITS 2:25 AND THEY WALK IN, LOOK AT HEAR AND DIAGNOSE HERE WITH BELLS PALSEY (STROKE) AND SAY "TAKE HER TO CHILDRENS" AFTER SHE SAT THERE IGNORED FOR FOUR HOURS. Will not go back here. Took my son for an allergic reaction to a sting and the nurse administered epinephrine incorrectly. This mistake could have been life threatening, fortunately my son was young, healthy and able to recover from the mistake. We later were told that the nurse who administered the medication was still completing the orientation phase of his training. Why wasnt he being supervised? He had no right administering medication without his attending supervisor present. His supervisor was nowhere to be seen throughout our visit until the very end when she came in to apologize for the mistake. This lack of supervision goes against ALL state requirements and someone needs to be held accountable.

check in was quick even for a early Sunday morning you figure it would be a lot busier after Saturday night but nah it was super chill in there friendly clinical staff nurses and medical assistants were sexy and made me wanna stay kinda had the whole were gonna shoot a porno in a hospital feel plus they seemed to know their job and do it well. However the doctor that was treating me seemed incompetent, I was told that having sharp chest pains and numbness in limbs was normal and he didnt think its worthy of being treated as an emergency?! In my opinion if you have an emergency dont go here, test your luck and hope like hell you can make it to another treatment center.

I have had a lot of testing done at this facility. The personnel, the people who take the tests are just WONDERFUL. I have a Service Dog, and she accompanies me through all my testing, and they are great about it, as well as the Doctors. The reports get to my attending Physicians ASAP, which is great. I can not say enough about this Hospital and their Staff. I have referred quite a few friends, and family to Passavant Cranberry. Way to go guys, keep up the good work.

I went to your emergency room on Saturday March 26,2016 Your staff is one of the best I have ever had the privilege of using. They were helpful ,professional, courteous, and everyone was above and beyond what they had to do to get me back in shape and out and back to my family as soon as possible. I spent 2 nights in the Sleep Center in July & August 2016. The lady that did the sleep study is awesome. Shes friendly, fast, and does everything she can to make you comfortable during an uncomfortable nights sleep. She even brought me coffee the next morning. I wish I could remember her name, but none the less, she was amazing!

Doctors dont care rns and cts care more than the doctors. All the doctors have a bad attitude. There is one nice doctors ive had and that was dr conway. She gets you in and out and tries to make feel better. But the others take their jolly good time. And i feel like they really dont care

It would be great if one could make an appointment for an x-ray. Walk in is nice, but some people have places to be and cant sit in a waiting room all day reading a magazine from 1992. Here is an idea--take walk-ins and take appointments

Very slow service. They take there time with imaging, even in serious cases. Also, my patient was there for a back problem and headache and rude employee hit the doorframe with his bed, as she was wheeling him out. Totally unexcepable!

The people that work at the imaging center (Susan, Linda) are disorganized, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I have never had so much difficulty dealing with anyone, let alone a hospital. Its disgraceful, honestly.
