Dr. Trievel, I hope you get a chance to read my review because your staff is very rude. I had asked one of your receptionist to send one of my results to a doctor for an appointment a month and half ago. I was told it would be sent and I shouldnt worry since I have more then a month. The week of my appointment, I got a call from the doctors office that they didnt receive the results report from your office. I called your office again earlier in the week asking for everything for it to be sent again. Today before my appointment, I found out one of the results was not sent and I found out today that your office didnt have this result. I had to get it from another office. Why was not I told this when I asked for this result a Month and Half in advance? So when I mentioned this to the receptionist today, she hung up the phone on me. I will not be coming to your office after this type of treatment. I normally dont write reviews like this for anyone and try to be nice, but today was such a terrible experience and I want the world to know.

My husband and I have gone to Dr Trievel for many years and have always found him to be a great doctor and usually spot on with a diagnosis. When my husband passed away, Dr Trievel personally called me to offer his condolences. I saw a review which stated that the office was dirty and smelled and that is absolutely not true. The office is clean and the staff are caring and polite. Yes sometimes I have had to wait at times past my appointment time but this is not the norm.

Dr. Trievel is an outstanding doctor. I am amazed at how up to date he is on current literature and how thorough an examination he gave me. I recommend him to anyone. The office staff were very polite and they were respectful of HIPAA and privacy.

The place is very dirty and smells. The staff are very rude. I had an appointment at 3:50, I came to their office at 3:30, I waited until 4:30 and still didnt see the doctor. I had to leave because I couldnt stay any longer.
