*** I want to specify that this review in NOT due to my doctor or her service. Dr. Robson is phenomenal and very helpful which is why I left her a 5 star review on health grades *** This review is entirely based on the service at the front desk. Firstly, making an appointment here is a nightmare. If you even get through to the front desk, then the hold time is super long. Once they answer though, get ready for them to be short and tremendously rude. I challenge you to call right now just to see what Im talking about. Also, if youre the boss, then I challenge you to hire a secret caller and/or monitor the calls inconspicuously to see what Im talking about. Note: If you are the first person that a patient or client will interact with at any business, then I believe you have a greater responsibility to be pleasant and give great service. You are the first impression of the business and if you cant represent your business in a pleasant manner, then I believe those in charge have a responsibility to repair the situation. If bad service is allowed to countinue then it reflect quite poorly on those in charge. Not only is the front desk tremendously rude and always rushing me when I call, but every time Ive asked for a refferal it hasnt been done in a timely manner and/or I had to call back 3 times before the refferal went through. BTW, the bad service isnt just limited to their bad phone manner. Its the same in person as well. I understand that people are busy but there is absolutely no reason to be short, rude or unhelpful to patients who are trying to get a refferal, make an appointment, rescheduling an appointment or even those who may be late one time, like I was. The people at the front desk are clearly not prioritizing what should be their main directive - "To Help People" I feel like I have overlooked this for so long since Dr. Robson has been so helpful and sweet, but I feel like I no longer can deal with the bad service since the front desk who is I deal with the majority of the time. So, the search is on for a great doctor AND a great front desk staff.

I had a terrible experience dealing with the reception desk. I have a daily prescription with two days left and no refills, which I only discovered earlier this afternoon. I called the office to see why my prescription was rejected at the pharmacy and the woman told me that I needed to schedule an appointment to see the doctor. I explained to the receptionist that I only had two days left for my medication, which would not be time enough to get into the office & asked that they authorize a month to go through and I would make an appointment as soon as possible. I also explained that living and working in the city made it difficult for regular visits. I begged the woman on the phone to please help and asked if there was any solution or suggestion she could offer. The attitude of "yeah, who cares?" I received is why I will never come back to this practice again, ever. Rude, cold, and apathetic is a complete understatement to describe the woman I spoke to. As someone who worked in the customer service industry, I can say Im truly appalled by this behavior.

Hours are wrong. Theyre open at 9.
