My first appointment went fine. I saw Kathy (I think?) I was told to get blood work done, which I did, onsite. And to get an x-ray which I also did. However, the follow-up appt. was a complete and utter waste of my time and Im so angry. I sat in the exam room for 50 min before the nurse practitioner (Kathy again) came in. She had no idea who I was or why I was there. Seriously?? I wait 50 min and you cant take 2 to read your own notes? Beyond that she was completely unapologetic and blamed someone for overbooking her. I was blank faced - YOUR STAFF, YOUR PROBLEM! Even then she didnt read anything, I had to explain my entire first visit from 2 weeks prior. Then finally to add further insult to injury, she said she did not have my x-ray. Again Kathy provided more excuses, blaming the imaging facility. Pardon me but if you know you have a patient coming whos diagnosis relies on the x-ray - is it not your responsibility to insure you have the x-ray at the time of the scheduled appointment?? Unbelievable. So over an hour out of my day wasted and nothing whatsoever has been resolved and I need to reschedule. If I showed up to a client meeting so ill prepared that I didnt even know what I was seeing the client about I could possibly lose my job, the very best case scenario is that I would most certainly lose the client. And so they have. See ya Fam Med at Greenhill. Your disregard of my time, my health, my diagnosis, and my business has made it abundantly clear that I should seek treatment elsewhere.

I had been going to GH Family Medicine for a few years with no major problems, except the occasional long wait time in the waiting room, in the patient room, and the occasional miscommunication with Drs and staff. However my last appt. in June with Kathleen was absolutely the last straw. It was the 2nd or 3rd time I had seen her within a year or so timespan. After waiting over 20 min. she stormed into the room - no greeting of any kind - clearly irritated - rushed me through the appt. - ignored my questions, and was quite aggressive in checking my body; then abruptly left the room. I was STUNNED, and have never been treated so disrespectful. Having worked in a medical office myself, I realize everyone has bad days, but there was no excuse for this treatment. I never called the office to complain - which I should have done right away, but I had too many other things on my plate ATM. NO ONE should EVER be treated this way. I will never return to this office - even to see another Dr. TOO MANY PROBLEMS AND POORLY RUN.

I have been with Doctor James Gill for 20 years, and I am pleased with his wonderful service. Dr. Gill has always cared about his patients and their well-being. My husband and children also see Dr. Gill for routine check-ups and they are also pleased with his caring and professional service. friendly staff, but terrible wait time, especially for a new patient. I changed practices for the same reason. I cant seem to find a place where they dont have you sitting in a check-up room for an hour, waiting for the Nurse/Doctor. After the nurse practitioner finally came into the room, we were basically rushed out the room because he was so far behind & didnt have the time to address our questions.

Short wait. But Dr. Lawrence Markman should be on medication not a Dr. his glasses cant work and make it hard for him to see & to check for STDs. Talks like a crazy man, and nasty guy. Give me false resolves.

Waiting time is ridiculous!! If I have an app at 8am I dont get seen until 11am or 12pm...
