They have never once sent a reminder for yearly well checks. Then when you call to schedule a well check and the girl who answered the phone was rude. She asked what time would be best. I said depends on the day I work weird hours. So she said Wednesday 9-3 at 2:30. I said how about around 11 on a Wednesday. Oh those appointments are only for sick patients. Huh? Ok fine. Next she says 9-9 at 2:45. Wont I need bloodwork if I havent been in for awhile?? Its been a few years. She then says well you were here last June. Yes I was for ring worm on my arm. The dr looked at my arm and I left. Not that its any of your business. The way she spoke to me was rude and the farthest thing from professional I have ever encountered from a Drs office. i said ok and hung up. I called my husband. He said honey call back and see if they have anything sooner. We are both trying to quit smoking. He filled his chantex yesterday but is waiting for me. So I call back. I ask if they have anything sooner Id really like to get in there as soon as possible. She says no sorry. Thats all we have for well checks. So if I tell them Im sick or something is wrong I can come in tomorrow or next week but because I want a well check I have to wait a month? Ive never heard of such a thing. Well I havent felt well for 2 months now. I am extremely saddened at the way I was spoken to. And I will be sure to tell everyone I come across not to go here.

Ever since Dr Stitt left, this place has been horrible. if you email them with a 2 day turn around, they never respond. theyve messed up 2 prescriptions and have refused to provide one because I was somehow supposed to know that "pain management" meant they could not support me--and they didnt even bother to tell me for 2 weeks, while the pain was ongoing. With multiple health issues, I cant even get a doctor to call me back and speak to me, its just message relays with delays. I have never been so disappointed in a practice. There is no family practice here, folks.. How sad. Ive had to find another family doctor, since they were not in the business of caring for their patients. so disappointed.

Terrible experience. Front desk person was just terrible, not helpful one bit - told me to go to Urgent Care! Did not offer any type of solutions. I was probing her asking her for other options. I am switching practices. This is not my first time with this horrible experience. I am waiting for the office Manager to give me a call.

Hard to get an appointment when you actually need one. Just tried calling in the middle of the week day to be seen for a cold/flu that Im having. Been a patient for over 5 years, and this isnt the first time. Now I have to figure out if I go to urgent care or try to find a new doctor? :(

Love this practice, and my daughter goes across the hall to Penn Care for Kids. The staff is very friendly, and typically answers the phone almost immediately. Making an appointment isnt difficult though the more popular hours are harder to get within a reasonable amount of time.
