I have been a loyal customer of the Fairless Hills Banefield for the past four years but, the service this last year has gone down hill. My last visit was a complete nightmare! My pet was diagnosed with worms they did not have the medicine to treat them in stock and told me I had to either go online or try another Banefield Hospital. Then the girl who checked me out gave me nothing but horrible service because an automatic payment did not go through one month prior (no notification of this either) she would not call corporate to straighten out the problem gave me nothing but lip and attitude. I had to call corporate myself to correct problems. Now I have two pets with worms no medicine and after that clerks poor customer service skills I will never return to Fairless Hills Banefield again! Now I have sick pets and need to find another vet. Good luck to anyone who uses this office and may you or your pets never be treated as badly as we were at check out!

As soon as I walked into Banfield, I was greeted warmly by the office manager, Jeff. He also takes time to make my dog feel welcome. The wait time was less than 5 mins to see Dr Johnson, the vet. Dr J is such a wonderful vet and human being. My dog felt totally comfortable with him and he gave him a thorough exam. The price for the vaccines and treatment is SO much more reasonable than a private vet office. Now, if my pet needed complicated surgery, I would find a private specialist. But for vaccines, prevention, flea and tick control, heartworm, etc...Banfield is the best choice. You get quality Vet skills, an awesome office staff, and affordable pricing. Its a WIN-WIN for all involved. I highly recommend Banfield to anyone seeking a terrific vet, and wonderful professional staff and atmosphere.

Amazing Care and Attention I have read many reviews about Banfield being horrible, careless, and a scam. I have been going to Banfield for about 2 years now. I absolutely love it. Not only did they take care of my psychotic cat very well and gently, but they also sent me an apology card, personally written, when she had to be put down. Its 3 days before Christmas, and they sent ME a card. I can not tell you how much it meant to me. They also take exceptional care of my dog, Luna. They are sweet and caring and so gentle with her. They are just wonderful and I will never go to another Vet as long as Dr. Hancock, Ms. Heather, and the rest of the crew are there. Love always, Taylor

We have been bringing our dog here for 13 years. Today (Saturday) we had our first ever medical issue with our dog. She has been unable to pee but keeps trying to repeatedly. We called the Fairless Hills office, and they said she could not be scheduled until next week Friday, even after explaining the necessity to come in right away. Both the Hamilton and Warminster offices, both a considerable distance away, were able to make accommodations to see our dog. We chose Hamilton. Should we ever have another dog, we would not choose Banfield of Fairless Hills again. The one time we really needed them, they cant make accommodations.

Dr Wright is my absolute favorite! She is so nice and loves all animals, and is very good with them as well. Dont get me wrong, Dr Koch and Dr Antonucci are nice too, but both my dogs really prefer Dr Wright. I have to admit sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment on short notice, but I feel like they are really working on sorting that out. The Wellness Plan they offer more than pays for itself between 2 offices visits, stool/blood work, and all the required shots for a dog - I highly recommend getting it!

My boyfriend and I have been getting our 6month old german shepherd treated here and they are amazing. The staff is super friendly and the care is amazing, they always remember our dog. We got a wellness plan for all the shots and his neutering and it has worked out perfectly with our finances. Another customer recommended us he said the only issue is make sure to cancel the plan when you dont need it anymore or it auto renews, other than that i completely recommend this place!

Would NOT recommend this location. My pets are wellness plan members, and I have to wait almost 2 MONTHS just for a dental cleaning and checkup! In addition, my dog has gotten very sick on 4 occasions where this location was too busy to see him that day and that week. Why would I take my dogs to vets that cant even be booked less than a month in advance?! Do yourself, and your pets, a favor and see a different vet or go to another Banfield.

Fariless hills location is amazing.They are very welcoming and really take an interest in knowing not only my dog but myself as well. They go above and beyond to make sure our visits are outstanding. One nurse specifically;Carly made one of my visits so special even though it was a very sad day. I would recommend this banfield to anyone

Had an appointment and still had to wait an hour to see the doctor. Previous experience with Banfield at another location was good, this location is terrible. On the positive side, Dr Koch is excellent.
