I am always very happy when I see my doctors at Woodward and Associates, but I have had negative experiences with the receptionist staff when I call to have questions answered over the phone. When I called regarding some questions about medicine during pregnancy, the receptionist was very short with me and did not seem interested in fully answering me. Instead of taking time to fully answer me, she quickly directed me to packet which I had already read and was simply looking for clarification. However, I am always happy with the doctors and staff when I am in the office, so the only negative I have is the receptionist staff on the phone.

I transferred to this office when I was approx 7 months pregnant from another facility. They welcomed me with open arms. My first visit, the Dr. explained to me in great detail what placenta previa was and the risks associated with my health issue. He was very patient and answered all of my questions without rushing. I met with almost all of the Drs during the remaining 2 months of my pregnancy and they are ALL very knowledgeable, caring, and just wonderful. I would recommend this office to anyone especially if you are in a high risk pregnancy. I cannot say enough about the Drs and staff at Woodward & Associates.

Theyve been nothing but helpful, very considerate etc. I was,nervous like everyone else but soon as I got to the office it all went away. For a first timer, I was impressed and happy my anxiety went away. Very good company.
