We are current patients with this facility. Though in person, they all are professional, we hardly hear back from them when contacted through phone. When you dial their office, you have some 100 options and we tried several of them including emergency option and it always [ALWAYS] goes to Voice Message and nobody ever returns the call. That is some kind of lack of sincerity right there. With pregnancy, you can only imagine how important is it for the doctors office to call you back and this place just do not do a good job about it.

I just love her!!! Dr. Kates has been my physician for over 25 years she delivered my youngest son who will be 26 yrs old, June17. She is very professional, attentive and well versed on the latest procedures.
