If you want doctors who know what you are doing, go here; however, the office staff is a different story, Im not even sure if most of them can spell their own names. I have had 2 children, and both Piccolo and Amalfitano took steps to avoid me having a C-section, which I am very grateful for, and they were also very confident and knowledgeable. The doctors express actual concern for your situation and will listen and answer questions. The office staff is completely stupid. The woman who fills out medical leave paperwork actually called me and said, "um Im not understanding what this is, is this like, for appointments or something?" The paperwork is completely basic, I could have filled it out myself, and the woman at another hospital (before I transferred care to White Rose), had no issue understanding it. Also its incredibly difficult to ever get anyone to answer the phone, you usually just get voicemail, which they return if they feel like it. One time, I called because the week they had me scheduled for an appt did not suit me anymore due to me getting a new job, and the girl (who speaks like every thing is a question), said, "I cant reschedule you. The doctor has specifically that you are to come in that week. Youll have to come in that week." So I told her thats impossible, she put me on mute, came back, and told me theres nothing she could do for me; so I cancelled the appt, which for some reason she was completely OK with... I guess cancelling a "mandatory" appt is better than rescheduling it.

The girls that answer the phones have awful attitudes, and like to act like they know whats going on with your body, and never answer the phones even if its an emergency. The office closes at 4 but they stop doing their job around 3-330 so I wont get too personal just bc this is public but let me just tell you to save your time and go somewhere else. their appointments are always all booked up to where you wont get seen for another week or two, even when the hospital orders you to be seen within one or two days. I only like dr mark amalifitano, the other drs always seem grumpy and Ive noticed a lot of the people here like jump to answers before they even know your story.

DO NOT COME HERE! They are very discriminatory and have horrible attitudes. The staff judged me due to my chronic illness. I have had issues with them multiple times. I will start with the little things and go to the big things. Well, it started with seeing Dr. Mark. He treated like an idiot and was really rude towards me. If he was not going to treat me, he could tell me over the phone instead of wasting my time//money.

I have been patient of White Rose OB/GYN for many years. They have always provided me with excellent cares. The Ob/Gyn Assoc. is run by a collection of fine, down to earth, capable people. It is easy to make an appointment there with enough staffs and see a doctor fairly quickly. Many of my friends are also patients of the Practice. The last two appointments that I have had here I have been sitting waiting for a doctor for over an hour past my appointment time and missed two other appointments because of it. If youre going to schedule a time, be just as respectful of my time as I am of yours!!

Dr. Taylor delivered my son but all of the Docs are great. Very helpful with answering all questions. I recommend anyone to come here. The office has a nice home feel to it. Not creepy like most offices that have those cold rooms and scary posters hanging up.

Love the doctors but absolutely hate how there staff never answers the phones. They call (while Im at work) asking to call them back and I call and call and call. And continue to just get there voicemail. When I leave a message it goes unanswered.

The woman that answered the phone very rude! There is no way I would ever go there or refer someone to go there if that is how the first person that you talk to sounds like that. Go somewhere else, Im sure you will be treated MUCH better!

Although he can be mildly off putting during routine visits, Dr. Piccolo was all business and saved the life of my child, while being completely respectful of my wishes. I wish they practiced out of York Hospital instead of Memorial.
