They cannot handle their caseload. There were difficult and long waits to get an appointment. It was hard to access anyone through the switchboard and no ability to get a message thru to a doctor.. No night on call. No actual treatment plan. No follow up. No access when quick treatment did not work or worsened condition. No explanation to patient of what to expect. Just "try this pill and come back in 90 days". But fine for lab tests, though, IF actually needed, with very high billings to Medicare. You judge!! Had cardiac ablation done elsewhere.

Im supposed to get a echo cardiogram every 2-3 yrs! I called in May to get an appointment. I have been having some issues. They no longer have my records on my tests from the past! Also they are booked till the end of July! It has been less then 3 yrs. So for them to get rid of records! needless TO SAY iM LOOKING FOR A NEW HEART DOCTER!
