My right foot was in mad pain. Im not one to complain, but it was throbbing with pain. I told them that during the initial sit down with the nurse, who recognized it as being swollen and red. It still took four hours of me sitting the ER curtain room to get any help with the pain. They could of been busy with more important matters, but my ish was hurting. When the Doc saw me and had the nurse give me a shot, it helped big time. The meds they prescribed me is helping big time. Though when I saw the Doc before I left, he didnt tell me what he thought is was. Nothing about that... Only the piece of paper I got from them told me about what I "have". Then when I called the next day to give the admission lady my info, she cut me off and nearly hung up on my when I gave her the info... clearly didnt have time for me. Time will tell if they guessed right to my foot issue, but Ive heard bad things about this hospital from nearly everyone whos been treated there. IDK.. Im optimistic.

The absolute worst hospital on the planet earth! What a bunch of stuck up assholes! Pure racist! I bet if I spoke Spanish I would get the greatest treatment on the planet. The most rude inconsiderate morons Ive ever encountered in my life! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau I will be calling the medical board they need to shut this place down and and hire all new people. Its the middle of the night and I was still there for four hours to even get looked at ... For a tooth ache.... Then was offered pills... My tooth is almost all the way out and she wouldnt even touch it. Theres 20 people running around all doing nothing. The absolute worst if youre sick youre better off to to downtown New York City and make the drive. Stay far away from these people theyre not even real doctors! If I could get him -10 stars I would! Good luck if you have to even be around this hospital!

Worst hospital I ever been too in fact I try to avoid ever getting sick so I wont have go their. My experience gave birth to my son here nurses refuse to help me get an alternative other then breast feeding, I was not producing enough breast milk so my newborn son was practically starving because they wanted me to breast feed. Told pediatrician that was on call and all nurses no one would help me. Also sat there for 5 hours doing nothing waiting on release paper work for my son I was released at 1:00pm he was at 5:00pm no communication not aware of what was going on nothing. This hospital is quick to send you a bill or charge your insurance for nothing but cant anyone help you in there avoid ever having an illnes because if you have to come across ever having to go there you will die.

I wish there was something lower than one star for this hospital, all my experiences with this hospital have been horrible. Yesterday my sister was in accident we were there for about 5 hours just waiting for the x rays, the doctor comes and says there is no bone broken and leaves, we didnt even get a chance of asking him anything. Every single nurse that came to see her was told about her allergie to aspirin, they never put the allergic bracelet on her and on top of that prescribed her with something pretty similar and when we got to the pharmacy they didnt give my sister the medicine because of her alergie. Thanks god the pharmaceutical lady was smart enough to ask.I guess they dont know how to prescribed patients. Worst hospital.

There has not been one time that i been there that i dont have to spend 8 to 9 hours just to get a "we couldnt find anything wrong with you". It has happened with my children. My mother and myself. But today they outdid themselves. How do you spend over four hours in their waiting room and after going up periodically to ask how much longer, they keep telling you that there are 3 people in front of you. But wait there is more.... After another our you go an ask again and they ask you what is it that you are there for because you are not in their system... Honestly if Hazleton had othe options i wouldnt even drive by that hospital.

OMG... I wouldnt even take a stray animal to this nasty place. What a bunch of racist morons! This place should be shut down and condemned due to the total amount of trashy nasty smelling rude inconsiderate things that work there! They are not even humans! You will leave there way more sick than you were upon arrival! The nurse s are ugly and smell like they havent taken a bath in months. They are just a bunch of hookers screwing the doctors and each other. Losers all the way. Everyone working there needs to catch hepatitis and be put together on an island by themselves and left to rot. Nastiest place on the planet!

This hospital wronged my mother, who was a coma patient at the young age of 55 years old. First, the ditzy nurses who worked there did not even notice my mothers feeding tube was empty and I would notice how they havent cleaned her either because the new gown would be on the table whenever I visited around 5 pm.This stupid hospital sent my mom back to the nursing home even though she was still in the ICU. That drastic change was inadequate especially considering all the surgeries she had, in which she was in a very fragile state. These monsters practically had a hand in killing my mother.

The hospital is very clean and the staff is nice, but I had to sit and wait 2 1/2 hours for a nurse (yea not a doctor) to come tell me I have a sore throat!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to the hospital because my lip was swollen and I was spitting up alot of mucus and ya think that they wouldve at least given me medicine to dry me up but no. So they poked and proded me with needles and took 4 tubes of blood to tell me I have a sore throat?! NOT pleased. Plus, the food is nasty. P.S. the pleubadomist was very nice

Experienced pain in my left side that caused discomfort just to sit. Decided to go to ER about 9:30pm being it didnt seem possible to sleep. After over SIX hrs of waiting the pain somewhat subsided and decided this is ridiculous and left. Sad thing it didnt take more than 20 minutes to charge my credit card the $100 insurance co-pay. The staff appeared qualified and pleasant but I guess this is how you turn million dollar profits by providing minimal staffing and disregard for customer service.

Absolute disgrace. Called 911 on myself in sheppton for severe outbursts of anxiety attacks (I never had before) , pain in heart, lack of oxygen to lungs, and stabbing pains throughout body. From the incompetent men they sent in the ambulance to the nurses and especially the doctor I received they treated me like an animal. They told me it was from drug abuse. Marijuana to be exact. Did not find out the problem, Im still suffering. Prior to incident I spent two days in bed.
