I took my 19 year old cat here last year because she lost weight rapidly and stopped eating. Saw her on a Wednesday, she said blood word would be back by Friday. I never heard from her until Sunday. In the meantime my beloved cat died Thursday. I called her office over and over Thursday before my cat died to let her know her condition had gotten worse. When she called me back finally Sunday I let her talk about my beloved cats test results. If I had only known how bad off she was I would have put her to rest the same day. She apologized and said her phone had been broken and so she could not get results back of my cats blood work. I felt it was unexceptionable of her phone being broken. I wouldnt take a rat to her. Dr. Hodges was so much better as a Veterinarian.

Dr. Wade and her team are the best! I brought my siamese cat, Girlie, to Dr. Wade for 5 years and it was always a pleasant and easy experience. Dr. Wade was very thorough during exams, asked lots of questions, listened to my concerns, and had fair prices. Dr. Wade has a way with pets and Girlie was always calm during visits. I took Girlie in for general checkups, vaccinations/shots, de-worming, and grooming. I moved to California last year, and have taken Girlie to 2 different vets, none of which compare to Dr. Wade and her team (still searching for a comparable vet).

I love great customer service and I definitely received it. The Doctor and the whole staff was friendly and very kind. My cat was scared and they took very good care of him. My daughter tagged along and they made her feel welcomed and very comfortable. This is my new Veterinarian! Great service deserves praise!!

I have 3 dogs. 2 Rottweilers and 1 Pitt-Bull. (Bear, Justice and Diesel). She is very patient a knowledgable with dealing with 1 of my dogs that is aggressive (Justice). She is very professional and thorough with explaining my dogs needs. She will be my vet for as long as she is in business!

Took my pitbull here about a week and a half ago. The veteran was comfortable with my bog even though she kept barking and was very excited. This was shocking to my wife and I, because the last vet we took her to didnt even want to touch her.

Dr. Wade is the best! She takes her time with you as well as you pets, their needs,etc. Maxwell is here every time Im out of town. Prices are very reasonable, the atmosphere is priceless! We love Dr. Wade! ♡
