PLEASE READ UPDATE BELOW. Great experience here as a first time patient. Staff was friendly, the office although maybe slightly dated in the waiting room was very clean feeling. All involved in my procedures were nice and open about everything. Dentist did seem to be rushed however the work was excellent quality, guess he is just a fast worker. They had me sign a contract with the work to be done and pricing before doing the work which was great. One reviewer did post they had problems with extra bills after the visit so since this was only the first day, I will update to 5 stars or lower depending on my experience with billing UPDATE: My first appointment had 4 cavities filled. My second appointment 6 months later also had 4 cavities filled, however I had no sensitivity before my second visit. Now I have fairly annoying sensitivity on both sides of my lower teeth. Again the dentist seemed rushed, and did not allow the Novocaine to set in. I felt everything. I did confront him afterwards about the issue. He took the criticism well and still seems like a knowledgeable person. However due to the now existing sensitivity after a few months have gone by and the rushing of work twice now, I cant say whether or not I would recommend someone visit this facility. There are other dentists within, and maybe they would be better suited to your needs.

I got my cavities filled here. First off, they werent even going to put novacaine in, they started to drill and said "tell me if this hurts" which I instantly said yes. When they were drilling I would shake in pain and they wouldnt stop, I never had a problem where it hurt during a drilling. Another problem I never had before was the intense headache and toothache afterwards. Its been about a month afterwards and I cant even eat chips or anything slightly hard, or drink anything cold on my one side of my mouth without it hurting. They dont talk to you, they dont make you feel warm and welcome, they do it too quickly and dont take care of it correctly. I never had dental issues like this from a simple filling. Had an appointment but cancelled because I dont want to have more problems.

Heres an update...so I found an emergency dentist on the 5th who would see me and as it turns out I had an abscess on the tooth that was causing the pain. I was immediately scheduled for an emergency root canal. My face had swelled up from my lip to my nostrils all the way up my nose to my forehead. The dentist was so kind and concerned for my well being that after the root canal he called to check on me and after he take care complete my restorative work also. gladly recommended go to offce such staff nice and explained everything. rhnay..

I wouldnt recommend at all. I took my daughters to their pediatric dentist and what a horrible job they did. Im at a new place and through the x-rays the new dentist took you can see where they didnt complete the filling, as well as an incomplete extraction. The x-ray shows theres still a big piece of her tooth still in her gum. Thats just ridiculous especially when they want you to pay up front and the work isnt complete.

The dentist was very thorough and exstremely kind. Explained everything before and during. When I had pain or became nervous he was comforting with his words and gave me breaks. I didnt feel like he was rushing. I was treated as a patient, a person, rather then cattle as many Drs do. So, I very much appreciated him. Only down fall was the one receptionist was rude. I highly recommend Dr. Kaushal Desai!

Horrible! I was told they could not see my child for an emergency visit because they were getting ready to take lunch! They lost a family of four clients due to this response. Also, as a long time resident of Quakertown, I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how careless the employees of this practice are towards their clientele.

Horrible employees. I pay at the time of my appointment and get extra bills for the same date mailed to me every time. Even signed a contract last time, breaking down what each charge was and the final total cost is. And STILL get additional bills in the mail.

They said I had 12 cavaties that needed work but when I went to another dentist he said I didnt have any and my teeth were fine..they just want your money here at this place they will make up stuff just to pay their bills.

Good office. Good staff and doctor. The office is very clean. Friendly and always nice to my kids.
