I had an appointment at Fairview Dental Arts and when I got to the office I discovered I did not have dental benefits there. I left without being seen. To my surprise I got a statement from my insurance saying Fairview Dental Arts put in a claim. I called the office to discuss this. The office manage who is also the receptionist said someone was helping her and must have done it wrong. Often times, the receptionist is the "face of the business". The receptionist at Fairview Dental Arts is rude, talked over me when I was speaking and didnt listen to me. I do not know how the dentists are since I was not seen but I will never use a business who would allow such behavior at the front desk..

This is by far the best dental practice I have been to. The moment I walked through the door I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist with fabulous pearly whites. She was quite thorough with explaining my insurance coverage. In addition, the staff is amazing, my toddler who is always afraid of anyone that comes near his teeth were so patient and entertaining with my son not one tear fell down his face. I call that a success!! Dr Andolino is by far the most honest, respected and thorough dentist I have ever met. Trust this practice! My family of 5 have been traveling for the past 20 years to a dentist in Delaware County. From door to door its a 50minute trip. They say when you find a good dentist, Stick with them! Last year we made a local switch to Fairview dental arts and have been totally pleased with everything about the practice. The minute I walked in, the office mgr was so nice and more than helpful with all of my insurance concerns. The dentistry is: Honest Painless State of the art And most of all... Thorough Thank you dr. A and the entire staff!

Form the very first call staff made you feel very comfortable. Knowdlegable about dental insurance options. Very friendly office. Dr Patel was light headed and I did not even feel pain during my procedure. The the notion did an assume job getting my cap just the right shape and size I have recommended this office to 2 people so far. I would recommend to all friends and family.

rude staff, they basically will rip you off. They have a policy which i have never seen in any other dentist. They will collect their charge upfront then i am responsible as a patient to collect the payment from the insurance. As a front desk staff, thats your job, not my job as a patient to be contacting insurance company to collect your money.

I recently had an implant and I want to thank Dr. Andolino for guiding me through the process. My first implant and they can be somewhat "scarry". Dr. Andolino was very gentle from the impression over the implant to placing the crown. I highly recommend this office for all your family dental needs.
