We adopted a puppy back in November of 2012, and did a lot of research on veterinarians. The vet we had taken my familys dog to as a child had sort of rubbed us the wrong way, and I wanted to make sure we did it right this time. Well, we did/are doing it right. I actually found Willow Creek by searching the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association, and we found Dr. Jamie Morans name. She is wonderful! (Weve seen other doctors there, and they all are excellent, too! Most of our experience is with Dr. Moran, though.) Dr. Moran is very thorough, explains things well to those of us who are new to the lingo, and lets us know all of our options, and explains her reasoning for her recommendations rather than just "Im the Doctor, thats why." (Which I have heard before from a vet, and other types of doctors.) Also, when giving an injection to our puppy, she flings a few cookies on the table to distract him with something to chase and eat while she does it, and he doesnt even notice. All of the nurses, vet techs, and support staff stop to pet him. The receptionists know his name (even if we dont have an appointment for them to refer to). Even the place where we board him for vacations were happy to hear were were taking him to Willow Creek. That really says something. So, we are and will be repeat customers. These folks are awesome. Take your pet to them, and you will not be disappointed.

I transferred here after being very disappointed with another vet in the area. Willow Creek is great about not recommending procedures that arent really necessary and not charging doctor fees when a much cheaper technician can give a vaccination or other shot. Only vet in the area I know of that offers acupuncture. While my dog is a dog and not my reason for living, when he was suffering and it was a choice of trying acupuncture or putting him down, I had to opt for the acupuncture. Made a world of difference in him! A day after the treatment, the dog who--only the day before--couldnt get up the steps, was dancing on his back legs when he greeted me in the morning. I highly recommend Willow Creek--theyre the best!

DO NOT go here. I bring my cat here and saw they hired a new manager, this manager Al Heefner, also goes by EHM, does erotic photography on the side. I am a fashion model who tried to work with him several years ago and he tried to make advances on me along with trying to get me naked. He really made me feel uncomfortable. It makes my stomach turn to see he is a manager in a all female staff. Hes only doing this to find his next "model" and exploit his fantasies. Please do not support this place with this creeper running the show... I switched immediately!

NEVER go here. I took my cat to get "spayed" and then upon a return phonecall was told he was an already neutered male cat and was opened up for the surgery prior to this finding. Prior to this appointment he had been taken there to see if he was male or female and the vet confirmed he was a she and had not yet been spayed thus requiring the surgery. I would NOT recommend going here!

Unprofessional! Heard a man screaming and yelling loud profanities at a woman who sounded like she was crying. This was coming from the back area where the employees are... Cant imagine what they are doing to my dog back there
