Dont go here!!! Because of a change in insurance, my family started going to Grand View Medical. On my only visit (for a work physical) one of the doctor practically said that I was stupid because I did not take her recommendation to get a particular vaccine. My mother had a severe illness that progressed for months because twice she went to this practice for diagnosis/treatment and was told there was nothing wrong with her. At her second appointment she even suggested what she though she might have, but was told she could "not possibly" have it because she was missing ONE of the symptoms. Well, eventually she ended up in the emergency room and then in the hospital for over a month with the exact illness she suspected she had! Also, my sister also went here once and was told she was fine, even though she had been sick for weeks with worsening throat pain. She eventually went back to our old family doctor and tested positive for mono!

Great medical practice except for the one doctor. I wont say her name but she is Hispanic with brown hair. I have not been able to see Dr David anymore because he left the practice so I had an appt with the lousy Hispanic.She was completely rude to me when she walked in looking me up and down with disgust on her face? For what reason? Because im a recovering addict? She was pretty upset that I was there just to get a refill on my antidepressant? I literally smiled and said how are you? She said nothing. Very rude. I wouldnt suggest her!

I have terrible pain and loss of mobility in my arm, I called for an appointment and made one for the same day. Approx. 10 mins. later they called back to cancel the appt. because I have not been to see them in 4 years ( I had no need ). Now, when I need them they said they wont see me for a week what am I supposed to do until then???? This isnt an emergency room problem since its not life threatening so Im screwed. So much for "patient care".

Staff is friendly and I never have had a problem with wait time. Drs and nurses were very thorough. I always recommend them.
