We have been with IVAH since we moved to Souderton thirty years ago and have found the level of care exceptional. Recently we had to euthanize our miniature schnauzer, Max. Everyone was comforting and allowed us the time we needed to say our goodbyes in a lovely private room. A few days after we received a condolence card signed by all the staff with kind words about how good and sweet Max was when he came in. We are now dealing with health issues in our cat and we get prompt answers to phone calls plus expert adivce. The staff is welcoming, helpful and reassuring. The office is clean and cheerful. We highly recomend IVAH.

We have been going to IVAH for over a couple of decades now. They are a skilled but kind and compassionate practice. They actually care deeply for the animals in their care and take the time to listen to their owners and discuss the best possible treatment for your pet at a reasonable price. Dr. Hufnagle has has been there for all of our hounds from beginning to end and all of the in between. We tried many other practices, years ago, looking for both experience and knowledge of the latest protocols. Happy to say we found it here. I can not recommend them enough.

My two crazy dogs have been patients at IVAH for over a year now and we couldnt be happier! They have convenient hours, which makes it very easy to be seen ASAP. In fact, one of our dogs needed to be seen urgently so we called as soon as they opened at 8 to make an appointment for that day. They were able to see him by 9:30 and he was in surgery by 11 am. The entire staff genuinely cares for the animals and Dr. Tancredi did a phenomenal job on my little guys surgery. Great practice!

I was extremely impressed how well Dr. Tancredi and his staff diagnosed and treated my senior dog, Cherokee. Dr. Tancredi went above and beyond to make me and Cherokee feel at ease and in good hands. Her surgery was not an easy one but was handled with compassion and professionalism. I am happy to say Cherokee is on the mend and seems to have had added years to her life!!!! I highly recommend Indian Valley Animal Hospital and Dr. Tancredi.

They seem to lack compassion. Two years ago I went there to have my dying cat put down. We were made to wait over 45 minutes. My cat was in pain and it was like they didnt even care. I will never go back there. What the hell is the point of having an appointment time if you sit there in a room for 45 minutes? I am still frustrated to this day.

Everyone there is very caring and knowledgeable and treats our pets just like we do; as a part of the family! Brought our cat in yesterday for a check up and two shots. The doctor cleaned his ears but didnt tell us he was gonna charge 19.00 to do it. We could have done that ourselves.
