Once you open the door, you realize you have chosen the perfect Veterinary Center. The clinic is clean. The staff is caring, comforting, knowledgeable and thats just with my "baby". For me, all of the above plus a hug when my tears started falling down my face as I got ready to leave my puppy-dog overnight for needed surgery the next day. Next day, I received a call telling me my CMore went thru surgery and was resting comfortably. Hes home acting like nothing happened. The incision looks perfect, no redness, etc. I would recommend Rush Veterinary Center to all pet owners.

The actual vet here is amazing and loves and cares about your animals. Had bad experiences with her staff though, excessively rude and intentionally made us wait longer than we should have while I had a cat that couldnt breathe at all waiting to see the vet. The "nurse" decided to sit on the floor and play with a clients puppy for 10 minutes before taking my barely breathing cat back. Ignorance and lack of respect for you and your pets. But if you can make it past the careless staff, the vet is truly the best.

Wonderful experience! Kind and caring staff. They totally listen to what you have to say and genuinely care for you and your pet. My dog is doing so much better. Its amazing how wonderful Traveler is doing just one day after being at this clinic. I cannot thank them enough for the care that my pet received.
