This is a well-run place with excellent staff. I had to bring in a brand new (and very sick) puppy - the entire experience was a difficult one, but Southern Tier was helpful the whole way through. The vet I met with was very understanding of budgetary difficulties and helped me decide that the puppy needed to go back to the breeder for intensive diagnostics and treatment, and although it was a hard decision to make, it was invaluable to have a vet I felt I could trust to help me through it. Clearly they arent there to make as much money on running exams as they can (which Ive experienced with other vets) as she was basically sending the business elsewhere for the good of the dog. The prices are reasonable and the facility is very nice. I would definitely recommend Southern Tier.

I have nothing but great things to say about this group. I have been a client of theirs for over 30 years. Although the staff has changed over the years, the quality of care remains the same. From the receptionists to the veterinarians, you wont find friendlier and caring professionals anywhere else.

very happy with the entire visit from the phone call to schedule the appointment down to the way everyone treated us. The doctor was very knowledgeable and super nice. I will recommend others to bring your pets here.
