I called this place because I was lifting some heavy stuff out of my truck and my lower back was aching. When I got there, I was told to fill out like 10 pages of paperwork. The paper work asked questions like spirituality, if I was comfortable with my weight, and other strange questions, like what were my goals in life. I was uncomfortable filling out some of it so I ask the receptionist, she says the doctor needs to have all the questions filled out. So i filled them out, he comes out and says the reason I had back pain is because Im overweight. He tells me about some program thats 8 weeks long, I say I dont have the time or the money for it. So you rubs my back a little and adjusts it, and he charged me three times of the price of what others in town charge. I have blue cross insurance and it should be covered. I would not recommend this doctor. I went to another one and he only charged me 20 and I didnt have any more problems. I was not impressed with place. I think the saw how good my insurance was and tried to charge me some outrageous amount.

The entire staff at this office is AMAZING. Not only is Dr. Brook very professional, his knowledge and skills speak for themselves. He starts sizing you up before you even have a clue and his trained eye seems to know where your problems are before you even have a chance to tell him. He seemed to know where my pain was coming from better than I did. The answers may or may not be what you want to hear but if given the opportunity, he will search it down until he finds the answers to set you in your own direction of healing. The office is well stocked and spotless. They also seem to be able to tweak the schedule to fit you in ASAP, quite often even on short notice. There should be a 10 star option to rate this facility because somehow, 5 just does not seem like enough. Do not expect him to roll you in sugar and call it sweet, he is direct and honest. That is the most I can expect and appreciate from anyone.

The staff, from top to bottom, are extremely courteous and always go out of their way to make you feel welcome, even when I (occasionally) dont have a scheduled appointment. My whole family has been there countless times, and at Christmas time, weve even been known to purchase gift certificates for fabulous massages. Great job, Warren Chiropractic Care Center!!
