This was our 1st time there and they made us feel very welcome. Ginger was the dog who is seeing the doctor for the 1st time she was very nervous. The receptionist or veterinary technician she came over to get to know Ginger. After we waited for the Room to open, another assistant came in to take history of Ginger to better prepare for The Visit with veterinarian. Shortly after the doctor reviewed everything,asked questions and took very good care of Ginger during the examination process. She answered all our questions and offered alternatives. What a super place !

They have been taking great care of my dogs for the past 12 years, including 1 with serious chronic medical issues. They have always been competent, kind and helpful. Once when a referral to a specialist was needed they arranged it quickly and without hesitation -- which saved the dogs life. Over the years we have had to have dogs euthanized twice, and again they were kind and sympathetic, helping both dog and human through this difficult time. I would recommend highly.

We have been using Bradford Hills services since 1983 for all of our many dogs. We have been very pleased with the services from routine check-ups, teeth cleaning, and more serious issues such as tumor removal. It is expensive at times, but I feel that it is worth the price. We have always gotten quality care and the people there are great to deal with.

This was the best place I have ever used. My dog is 10 years old and a blind diabetic. I was really nervous leaving him for 11 days but he was well taken care of. At one point he got sick and was taken to the vet which is right next door. They took such good care of my other dog too. The price is worth it. It is clean, friendly, and organized.

My dog was not a patient. I had to put down my dog due to illness. I asked if they would handle this and they graciously accepted. Very courteous comforting staff. The staff and Doctor team show a lot of compassion towards my fur babies. I wouldnt ever consider going anywhere else they provide the best care around. My babies also love the Pet Hotel. The staff treats them as if the were their own, and I love the fact that they are attached to the Pet Hospital in case of an emergency.

Good service and local but pricey. You do get what you pay for but it can add up. Meds are competitive to internet. Emails for reminders and community alerts.
