This place is awful. I took my dog in bc she wasnt eating. After hundreds of dollars in recommended xrays, blood tests, urine tests etc...i was told she had renal failure and need 48 hours of IV fluids and several medications. then 24 hours later I was contacted by the vet who is now sayinf I need to have another 100 test ran bc they think the issue could be an infection. in my opinion they sold me hundreds of dollars in services and test that were extreme and uncessary just to then day she needs antibiotics. The staff had no compassion and the focus was running up my bill and making money for banfield. I will never return!!

I love Banfield as a whole! I normally go to the one in PetSmart in Duluth but we had an emergency today! Oreo (my Great Dane) hasnt been feeling his best. Oreo had an accident in the car and on himself! They went beyond their job and cleaned Oreo off and also cleaned my car out for me. It may not seem like much to some, but I really appreciate every team member at Banfield! I trust them with my baby!

Was seen fairly quickly even though I was a walk in. Everyone was very friendly and by signing up for their wellness program we saved a lot of money on some tests our dog needed. Will be returning for sure!
