Called to make an appointment because I was sick now mind you I have been a patient way back when they were Whitehall medical center so its been many years. I was told they had no file for me took all my information puts me on hold comes back says they need to set up a wellness visit for me to establish me as a new patient since I havent been there for awhile. Even though I was a patient for many years. Then they come back and say they can get me in December 29 does nothing for me being sick now, so Im then told to go to express care to be checked and hope you feel better. Really not happy after all the years of being a patient to be treated like this smh definately looking for new dr.

Absolutely unbelievable.. I have rescheduled an appointment 5 times just to be pushed back another 2 weeks once again. I had blood results stating that their is a serious problem with my liver and I have now waited while this joke of a doctors office rescheduled my appointments that they decide to cancel without my knowledge for over 2 months now. Besides my recent problems, they showed little knowledge or concern during any of the appointments I have had in the past. I should have gone to a new Doctor a long time ago. They made sure to punish me for being lazy.

The service has been absolutely unbelievably bad! For a sinus infection I was treated with multiple rounds of antibiotics and steroids and I had to personally insist that they refer me to a specialist, a catscan and actually care about getting adequate treatment to not only help the problem, but find the origin. I have been going through LV Hospital since birth for medical treatment and the level of care, consideration, professionalism and follow up is so sub par at this particular office that its hard to believe there arent more complaints on here.

We had an appointment scheduled at 1PM for my boyfriend. We have been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour now. We have other things we have to do today. We deciding whether to just reschedule this for another week because this is ridiculous. --/-- Returned on June 5th. We waited 30 mins again before I asked my boyfriend to say something to the secretary. We explained this happened before (waiting over an hour) and she said it maybe another 40mins... Finally got taken in. Not happy!

Have been through many doctors at this location - everytime I get settled in with someone new, they are gone! I was assigned someone who treated me very condensing, made some nasty comments about my social anxiety, and had me piss in a cup due to a medication that the previous doctor prescribed to me! Half of the appointment was why I take the med, how much, what situations, etc. I felt grilled! This use to be a great office, but has since gone downhill.

My family has had nothing but problems from this facility they have failed to send referrals, failed to fax info to other offices and now they have failed to treat my friend there she has seen them several times for stomach issues and not ONCE have they sent her to a specialist they just day she should seek help with her problem Im sorry I thought this was a doctors office Im feeling more like I need a lawyer than I do a doctor at this point

You do not exist as a patient unless if you are in the office. If youve already been seen and youre not better they will not try and help you out over the phone, they will make you go back and pay another co-pay for something youve already been treated for. This has happened on more than one occasion to me at this office. I will be transferring everything to St. Lukes.

I would not go to any other Primary Doctor . He truly is as amazingly compassionate Doctor , and had a very caring . He does everything he can to take your fears away , And his Nurses and Aides are SUPER GREAT... I always Know when I go there due to a problem , O know I will always get the BEST CARE...
