This is an urgent care facility. It is staffed by approximately four physicians, two physicians assistants, and six nurse practitioners -- not all present at the same time. My family uses this as our primary care physicians. My family and I have found their service to be a better than that of any of the "regular" physicians weve seen in the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton area--and weve seen a whole bunch. The staff are always very friendly. FYI I am not affiliated with this facility or anyone there except for being a patient. I have worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC, University of Michigan Health Center in Ann Arbor, MI, and a national home health care company. I trained to be an Emergency Medical Technician. And I volunteered in the Emergency Rooms of North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY and St. Joseph hospitals in Ann Arbor, MI.

So I go here as a walk in only because my doctor wasnt in the office that day. I had a horrible cough and very lightheaded. I get seen by the "wanna be" doctor and he checks me out and told me I had allergies gave me a script for an inhaler, and steroids. Next day I got worse. I went to my real doctor here to find out I was wheezing when he was listening to my chest. Told my doctor I went here and he said you do not have allergies. My doctor nebulized me cuz my oxygen was so low for a 23 year old, and to help my cough than sent me to get an x ray of my chest to find out I had phenomena. These doctors at redi care do not care about you they just want your money. I will never ever go there again. It was a waste of my time and gas money.

I hated to even give it a one star. Went yesterday for a lump under my arm. They put me on light duty at work due to the pain. After going back to work just to be told I needed papers to be filled out I went back to this joke of a place to be told they wanted to charge me 110 dollars just to fill out papers for my job. I told them I would not be able to work if they didnt fill them out but they didnt care. I told them then I need for the doctor to take me off of light duty and at first she was like sorry cant do that. However the doctor said it was ok. Stay far away from this place its a joke and the wait was long. And they did nothing for me anyway. Was better off going to the ER.

I would give 0 stars if I could! The only good one is Kathy. But she is even leaving!!The rest are FAKE DOCTORS!! A few working at desk are ok. To wont give them a break even though they deal with 95% of Easton finer types. If ya know what I mean.. There is a story wife and I could tell about these fakes. But we are moving on when Kathy splits!

I came in about 2 months ago for a DOT physical and customer service was horrible. Then I came back in today to get another physical (only 2 months) so the doctor agreed to just sign the physical and took them about 2 hours to fill out a 1 page piece of paper which should only taken about 1-2 minutes. Never coming here again!

I went there like 2 years ago cause i tore my rotator cuff so they sent me here they did nothing but move it around and then said they was gonna get me some physical therapy not even knowing what was wrong and guess what havent heard from them yet lucky i went to coordinated health

I have been here twice for a drug screen/pre employment physical and the service takes forever. Staff is rude and uninterested in the patients They take forever to complete paperwork. Both times I have waited almost 2 hour
