Went A great place.. If you can tolerate stupidity. I work for a large healthcare network with very good insurance, and I went in for symptoms of dehydration because my primary physician and practice that I work in were both too busy. The location is terrible; the lot is only accessible if youre driving South on 309 because of concrete dividers. Then the first thing that I discussed with the girl at the desk was my insurance; she wanted to "make sure that we can accept it"..Which is a violation of federal law (by law, they cant discuss insurance until youre seen by a physician-- look it up). Then they wanted my email and when I declined to provide, they told me that I needed to have a credit card on file because I didnt have an email.. I told them that I wasnt giving one. When I finally saw the doctor, I was surprised that they all went by first names (very unprofessional for the doctor). They tested me for mono, but the test took two attempts.. Why? They put the blood sample on the results side of the testing card the first time.. It was after the results didnt show up that they figured out that it was done incorrectly and had to redo it.. The entire experience was absolutely terrible, and I wouldnt be surprised if someone dies there someday as a result of their stupidity. Save your time (and your money) and just go to the ER..

I went to the MedExpress today for my ankle/foot. I had fallen last Thursday and was having continued pain, therefore I decided it was time that it needed to be seen by a professional. I was severely disappointed. The doctor did not even take off my sneaker to inspect my foot. He did not have me walk, palpate or move it in addition to not even looking at it. He immediately ordered x-rays that showed that it was not broken. Even though it was not broken, he came back into the room to tell me what to do AND AGAIN did not even take off my shoe to assess my foot. Im sorry, but telling me to continue ibuprofen, rest and ice was not what I needed. If I am going to pay over $100 to be seen by a doctor, my problem area should AT LEAST be looked at. The staff was very friendly but I was not impressed with the level of care I had received, especially since I am in healthcare...

I went here about two weeks ago with abdomen pain. No one was there, still had to wait a good 45 mins to be taken to the back to get checked out, then another 30 mins or so until the doctor to come back to see me. She came in, looked me over and pretty much said I dont know what it could be, took some blood and gave me a prescription for something that had nothing to do with my symptoms. Told me to make an appointment with my primary for him to check me out. They told me I would here back in 3-5 days with my blood test results, they called the next day multiple times (i was at work could not answere the phone right then and there) person on the phone gave me an attitude about not answering, told him I was at work, went on to tell me that well...I have your results.....they really make you feel you are wasting there time.

I went here on Saturday afternoon with a horrible sinus infection. They were very fast, worked with my insurance and very professional. The doctor who saw me was compassionate and his exam was thorough. I was prescribed a course of antibiotics which helped knock the infection out very quickly. All in all a very good experience and I am so glad they are there as I would not have wanted to go to the hospital er and could not wait until monday to see my pcp. Thank you for such excellent care !!

I went here yesterday for my serious back pain. My time there was about an hour which was awesome. The girls at the counter were really nice. The guy that took my vitals was really nice and patient. Then the doctor was great too. Everyone was very helpful. They were even able to give my scripts there. Thats such a great convenience! Im so happy they put this urgent care in town!

First time visiting, everyone was very nice since the time is walked in . They were all professional, from receptionist, nurse and doctor. I was in and out with an a hour. Keep up the good work . I will definitely recommend this place and will use them again.

Went in for foot problems. They didnt look at the foot. How fix a problem if you dont look at it. Well gives me time to find a better place.
