Friendly staff. Horrible experience. Nurse practitioner sent off my lab and I waited patiently almost 2 weeks for my results, only to find out my lab was sent off for incorrect testing. So now I have no results, and no treatment for me. Now I have to follow up with my pcp in 3 days to have testing done again and wait an additional week or more. Im very disappointed, unsatisfied and in pain. Thanks for nothing CKUC.

Not good administration, we are expecting a baby and we took appointment a month ago. They didnt sent any notification than I called them up 2 days before date of appointment and reception said they dont have anything in their schedule and just hang up on us. Instead of offering another appointment they just hang up is this how you treat your patient?? I will definitely not recommend anyone to go there

My boyfriend and I both are seeing different entities at this location and the staff has been nothing short of professional and courteous and helpful. There have never been long wait times. The building has ample parking and is very clean. I highly recommend this Broomall location for your health care needs.
