I have gone to Easton hospitals Er several times I was disappointed (VERY) in the past,j I thought I would give it one more try. Well things went the way I thought. It happened to be the quickest er trip I have ever had 1/2 hour start to finish. Never saw a doctor only a PA. My Back was hurting so bad never did she think after I told her what was going on to do any tests. All she did was check my reflexs and give me 2 scripts and sent me home. WOW! Not any caring just get my money is all I thought. Next day went to St. Lukes anderson campus and there they gave me a cat scan that found I had sever arthritis in my back gave me totally different meds and before I left there pain was almost gone. Easton really needs to start from scratch somewhere to get things right. No docs looking at all the patients? Wow caring at its worst. I believe that will be the end of me using that er from now on even if it is only 5 miles from my house I will drive a little further to get better help and more caring. I would give it no stars from all the issues I have had with this hospital.

Easton Hospital "checked" my insurance and assured me that 100% of their expenses would be covered by my plan. They then billed me $719. I came to Easton Hospital with a severe bladder infection on a Friday night - blood, fever, every textbook symptom. My last insurance provider covered all medically necessary ER visits with a $50 co-pay. I recently received new insurance through my employer, so I presented my insurance information to the medical receptionist upon my arrival and asked how much it would be to get an antibiotic prescription. She ran my insurance and assured me "your provider will cover 100% of these expenses." A month later I received a bill in the mail for $719. Seven hundred nineteen dollars for a simple antibiotic. Of the expenses billed, my insurance provider covered $3.97. Had I known my insurance wasnt going to cover anything, I would not have sought treatment. Easton Hospitals deceptive policies should be illegal. Avoid at all costs.

Had a horrible experience at the lab the other day. Im a hard stick but no excuse for the way I was treated by the tech. First guy that tried was super nice but couldnt get my blood. He gave me a heat pack for my hand and went to tend to some other people. The girls name that came in next was Alecia. I could tell she was a monster from the second she looked at me. She was extremely rude and didnt listen to anything I said about the heat pack he gave me or how its too hard to get blood from my arms. She got the largest needle out (which doesnt work on people with small veins). I walked out. She shouldnt be working with people. To not I went to lehigh valley Heath network the next day and they stuck me and got blood on the first try. I wouldnt recommend Easton hospital to anyone if those are they type of non professionals they hire.

They have physician assistants here who act as doctors they quickly push out the door. You not properly treated and have to come multiple visits to get the correct diagnosis. Look at the badges every time you come you will see a nurse the head person in the ER Ian is a RN. Theyre very nasty when you ask them to explain things because they arent doctors they dont know. They racing to get multiple visits this hospital needs to be investigated by the state NOT PROPERLY EVALUATING PATIENTS. Ashley Souza Is not a doctor loud talks so loud so other patients can hear you person business. Bedside manners ,none. When you take test they dont wait for results they give a script and rush out the door. A throat culture take 30minutes please we want to be in out but correctly diagnosed

I am an employee as well as a customer of Easton Hospital. I have always received the best care here, whether it was giving birth to my two children here, or getting routine testing such as my annual mammograms or blood work. I love taking care of my patients and helping them, and so do my coworkers. No disrespect is tolerated. We are a nice community hospital whose long established relationships with our patients and staff make it feel like family here. You try us sometime, you will not be lost in a huge facility, this is a more personal touch hospital. We are very proud of the work we do at Easton Hospital. Patricia Roblin, B.S., R.T.(R)(MR), ARRT

Worst experience ever. Gave birth to my daughter here. While I had my cathiter in after recieving my epidural, it somehow disconnected or fell out of my body(which means it wasnt put in properly) the nurse came in and said "oh wow. good thing nobody slipped on that or we could have gotten sued!" then laughed. The nurse who also came in to put the needle in my back for the epidural had gotten so frustrated with me because I kept moving she threatened to leave! Mind you im in horrible pain with constant contractions & she threatened to walk out! Dont go here!

Went to the ER with my son complaining of left foot pain. Doc took an x-ray came back and said well its not broken so maybe its just a lil muscle pain. So we believed her. I asked for a copy of the x-ray to show his primary doc when we go to follow up in a few days. Long story short my sons heel was broken in several places!! They let me leave with my child with a broken heel !! So for the next 2 days he was moving it all over and made it even worse !! Such negligence. !! Its a disgrace !

Currently in hospital for diverticulitis. Been here since Saturday morning. Confused from different drs. Nurse leader asked if anyone helped me get cleaned up today, i said no. Nurse asst comes in says "I put washcloths and gown there," no offer of help. I am hooked up to iv. Easy to offer opioids, but have to go thru who knows to get an ativan for anxiety. So far, MAYBE one star.... and am probably stuck here for at least two more days. These reviews probably arent even checked....

Had some lab work done there, and it was done very professionally and the lab tech, I forgot her name, she was very polite and kind of funny. This was the hospital I was born in, and ever since then, I myself have been getting very good care here. The lehigh valley has good hospitals, just choose one, theyre all good, but this hospital stands out to me, its not as big as the other ones, and its like family there. Thank you for everything, Easton Hospital!

I got scared to death there. I went because I had a severe lower abdominal pain. I had a very nice, knowledgeable doctor. I was first seen by a nurse who placed an IV. She did flush the tubing, but there was a huge bubble in it. As I watched this huge bubble come close I freaked out and unscrewed the IV cap. Wtf! I wouldve died if that bubble went into my veins. RNS should know better than to try to kill someone. Check your tubing! Never going back ever!
