The Doctors and staff are wonderful. We have had several of our animals seen by the team at Wyomissing Animal Hospital and always had a positive experience. Over the past year we have had our one dog, that was very sick with several things, and due to his breed was difficult to treat because of a variety of reasons. He is the sweetest dog in the world and was only a puppy when it all started. Over the year the team at the hospital got him through it all with the utmost professionalism and each member of the staff treated him as though he was their personal dog. He loves going to the vet now. !!! that is saying a lot as most animals hate going there. Our pup recently underwent a very difficult surgery that had we taken him to a specialist would have not been financially possible. Dr. Wagner and staff decided to do the surgery after all and he is doing 100% and looks great. Thanks EVERYBODY !!!!

We have been taking our two Italian Greyhounds to Wyomissing Animal Hospital since we adopted them over three years ago. The support staff is professional and friendly. Weve seen several veterinarians at the hospital and have been very pleased with their "bedside" manner. They are top-notch in my book. Very good with both of our dogs. The smaller of our two gets very scared upon entering the clinic (they were attacked by a dog early on in our adoption) but with the veterinarians, they are very comfortable. She even licked Dr. Austin at her last visit.

Ive been going to Wyomissing Animal Hospital for about a year and a half also my son what is very Ill older kitty If I was coming in just a short while with my dog and were both very happy with the bags from the staff and reception and all the other office people and the Vets I get back to you when you have a Legitimate concern My son wouldnt have his older kitty it went to been for them and the extent of her life or year and a half so far with heart condition. And we are so grateful !

Words cant describe how wonderful this animal hospital is! I have never met a more caring and skilled veterinary group. They genuinely love caring for animals and every visit there with my dog has been positive and helpful. I really admire their work, considering how busy this place can get (and that just goes to show how many pet owners know that these vets and nurses are the best around). The animal care products they offer in their store are also top of the line.

We have been going to Dr. Boyd Wagner for well over 15 years. All personnel are caring individuals to us and our family animals. Dr. Wagner truly cares about our animals and when it is that time in their lives that they cannot be with us anymore, the entire staff is so compassionate. Our animals, a dog and cat, may not love to visit the vet but all the staff at this hospital are so kind and considerate that it relieves their stress and makes the visit almost enjoyable! Our questions are always answered and our fur kids are kept healthy. They offer puppy training and other courses. Weve enjoyed their services for at least 20 years. Theyve been a blessing to us!

Charged a fellow ER vet tech professional of 30 yes $30 for a nail trim that took 10 seconds. VERY PROFESSIONALLY RUDE THING TO DO. Overcharging is a punishment vets do to clients they dont like. Though Im a nice, polite lady, they were pissed I wanted to hold my doberman. So I paid THEM for the free labor. You can bet that overcharging is the norm here.

We have been taking our cats Rascal and Zoe to Wyomissing Animal Hospital for about 15 years. We cannot say enough about the wonderful treatment they have gotten there. We usually see Dr. Stephanie Becker. She has been outstanding. Several years ago Rascal had an infection. They kept him for two nights. They are simply the best. Christine and Gerry Helinek

Dr. Cindy Austin was very great, and as silly as it sounds took great care of our kids hamster. They got the hamster in immediately and treated it the same as a $1000 dog. The staff and Dr Austin comforted our kids who were very upset, and for treating a hamster who spit her pouch out, Dr Austin did a great job and the hamster had a full recovery!

My experience with the Wyomissing Animal Hospital has been great. The staff is very friendly. They ask about my cat each time I come into the vet. Its a very comforting place to take my cat who was diagnosed with diabetes and a heart condition in September. I highly recommend this vet. Its easy to make an appointment and get medications refilled.

My husband and I are very pleased with the high quality of care that our cat, Snaggles, gets with each visit. The veterinarians and staff do caring work. I am pleased with the costs. The rates are far less that what I spend with the VCA groups. I recommend the Wyomissing Animal Hospital to people who really love their pets.

My husband i recently took our two cats here for a checkup. The staff and doctors were wonderful!@ Our cats were walking around, the room and seemed very at ease. And it was a very reasonable price for a visit that included shots, for two cats. We will for sure continue using this office for all our cats veterinary needs.

We even drop in for a weigh in if walking Luna and theyll update her chart (it also gets Luna familiar with them without any thing major)

Dr. Flannery is without a doubt the nicest veterinarian Ive ever gone to. Everyone at Wyomissing Animal Hospital is friendly and helpful. They never seem to push expensive tests or procedures unless they can justify their necessity. With a house full of animals, I would (and do) recommend them to my friends.

The absolutely wonderful vets and techs took the best possible care of my sweet kitty. They knew exactly what she needed, showed her love and kindness and celebrated her success when she got better. I live 45 minutes away but will not take my kitties anywhere else. I love them!!!
