Absolutely Referable My experience with OSS has been extremely positive. From receptionists to nurses to the four physicians who met with me for various pre-surgery analyses plus everyone I had any interaction with, all were pleasant and professional. Appointments were on time and information provided was always thoroughly explained. Dr. Pandelidis performed my back surgery. His pre-surgery consultation was candid and free of lofty promises. As I approach 3 months post-surgery, I can attest to the fact that my ultimate results have me physically feeling great and thankful that I went to OSS, pain gone, symptoms gone. Rushed and fast paced over caffeinated staff and especially young doctors just out of school looking for surgeries to fill their schedule and bank a lot of cash. Our pain is their gain unfortunately. Dr had only 2 minutes to talk with me when he realized I did not need surgery but just watch my injury. Mad house because they schedule 10 patients per hour for triage to see who needs surgery vs less productive work. Felt like a puppy mill except doctors stressed to find work. Poor chairside manor when money is the focus!!! I am going to a private office and not this cattle call ever again. Jillian

Dr Elliot is very kind. He called after hours to see how I was doing after my surgery. He answers any questions I have. My carpal tunnel surgery was a success. Im having my other wrist done tomorrow by him. Ive never had a problem with anybody here yet. Ive seen Dr. ulmer and Dr. Steinmetz and they were also very nice. Only once was Dr. Elliot late for one of my appointments due to an emergency at the hospital. Ill continue to come here as long as its pleasant.

They are out for money and do not care about the pain you have. Went there for a follow up for an epidural and they were not going to see me because I had an outstanding bill from a different department at OSS that did my MRI that I didnt even know about. I was told "look at it like a shopping mall, different stores". Really??? Do not waste your time or money. Go to Wellspan Neurology. They actually care.

I went to them in 2012 when I had lower back pain that was causing pain shooting down my legs. It was so bad I had trouble sleeping as I couldnt get comfortable. They gave me a shot and the day after the shot I was pain free for the next four years :) Its starting to rear its head again so Im due to go back in and see if the same thing will work. Great experience though, they are awesome!

Taking my mother here for physical therapy. It would be nice if there was more van handicapped accessible parking spots. Sometimes, I have to drive around a bit to find a spot available so I can extend the ramp from the wheelchair van
