The reviews about the poor customer service are 100% true!!! I was calling for some price info on testing for my dog, it can be really expensive and Im not exactly loaded, so they said theyd get back to me and never did. I called the next day to ask about it and the lady was really obnoxious and told me the dog would have to be seen first. I was just looking for a price..so I asked why she said. "PLEASE HOLD" and never came back to my call..They made me feel like a piece of trash for trying to get priceing for this very expensive testing for my dog. Like Im supposed to bring my dog and say " charge whatever you want!!" IF You dont want to get treated like trash I suggest staying away!!!

Overall a decent place to bring your dog if you are near by, but the women who work at the front desk are the rudest, I called to ask a simple question about my dog and she hung up on me, when I called back someone else answered and tried to answer with a bit of an attitude and I had to explain to her exactly what I told the other lady and she was more understanding, because I made total sense. But customer service is everything and I did not appreciate being hung up on. None of my 3 dogs will ever come here, besides its right outside of a "hood" anyway.

I brought my new dog in for her 1st visit yesterday based on a price they gave me over the phone being the least expensive. They quoted me at $123 in the appointment before I agreed to any work so I said not bad so Ill do it. Once all work was done they came in with a bill for $217.75, which I got stuck paying. They are overpriced and they couldnt hold her on the table right to even cut her nails. I am very disappointed and I wont be bringing my baby back there.

I needed to have my Black (Dog) put to sleep due to his illness. The staff were kind,Caring,Respectful. The Veterinarian was extremely kind and caring. She answered all my questions pertaining to what was to happen to my four legged beloved friend. She was so understanding. After my dog passed away she let me stay with him as long as I wanted. A TRUE HUMANITARIAN. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS. I AM FOREVER THANKFUL.

I guess you can call it blackmail, I called the vet to pay and pick up my flea medicine for my cat and the vet said she will not give it to us until i delete and write a new review because she didnt like the review i gave her for my last visit. Why would i write a good review after you made me feel like a bad pet owner! You want a good review? The be professional and earn it.

This place is terrible. The vet is rude and condescending the staff appears to be miserable. The place is dirty terrible service and the vet has no problem reprimanding her staff right in front people, its embarrassing. Worse vet services, will not bring any of my pets there again!

I love the vet, she is very knowledgable and straight shooter about my dogs health, she is not afraid to handle my dogs breed and she is always looking out for the health of my dog. I love her as my dogs vet, I have two dogs and they have always been well taken care by her.
