I have had nothing but the best care at Dr. Boivins office. Both Dr. Boivin and his staff are very considerate and helpful. They always try to squeeze in unscheduled emergencies if they can. I have been a patient of his since he began his practice in Tiverton. Most of the time I am taken in within 10-15 min. of my arrival, but I dont know anyone who would NOTconsider 20-30 min. a reasonable wait in any doctors office. And I would wait longer for a good doctor that listens to concerns and is as thorough with the eye exam as Dr. Boivin. Aside from that the office is beautifully kept and has state-of -the-art equipment.

I sat in a chair for a 1/2 hour with no explanation of the tardiness. As I was leaving, the Doctor was leading another patient down the hall. I told the doctor that "he was disrespectful of my time". He said he was sorry, that his assistant had called in sick and that he was trying and this was the best he could do ....that explanation would have been perfect had he told a half hour prior. Unacceptable, unprofessional and downright disrespectful.

Everybody at the office is amazing. They are kind and respectful every time I go in. The doctor is very knowledgeable and explains whatever issue you have in terms and words you as the patient can understand!! I would recommend his office to anybody who wants the best care!!!!!

Ive visited Dr. Boivin for both routine checks and emergencies. Hes always been professional, courteous and congenial. Ive had problems with my eyes and Dr. Boivin has always made me feel safe and comfortable going to him for anything eye related. I recommend him 100%.
