I made an appointment at Lens Crafters at 21 Torrey St in Brockton, Ma and was initially nervous considering the fact I havent had an eye exam since I was young; although I was excited because I was one step closer to getting glasses so I could finally see. I walked in and was surprised at how nice it was in there. I went to the reception desk and said, "I have an appointment but Im late.. my phone died on my way here while using my GPS on my phone and got completely lost!" They were very understanding and very friendly! The man at the reception desk, named Tim, offered to charge my phone for me while I was getting my exam done. I was really happy and felt relieved in knowing I wouldnt have to drive home with no phone. He was a life saver! I then went into the back where the eye exams are done. A girl named Laurie assisted me while taking pictures of my eyes/retinas and she was so incredibly friendly and polite! I then saw Dr. Cortez and she was amazing! The exam went great, completely painless. Everyone there were in high spirits and just being there lifted my mood! I will most definitely go back to see them again! I highly reccommend making an appointment at this location!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with my eye appointment at Dr. Magalhaes & Associates. Dr. Renee Gomez conducted an extremely thorough eye exam for glasses and contact lenses. She provided me with detailed information and a visual depiction of the current health of my eyes using the latest in eye analysis tools. The Technicians at the office, Sonia, Gianne and Karissa, provided me with excellent service and ensured that I was informed and taking the advantage of my eye benefits completely. I would gladly recommend Dr. Magalhaes & Associates to anyone that I know.

I havent had an exam in years and I chose to come here due to their ease of scheduling. They were very easy to schedule with and offered plenty of appointment times. Some tests they offered were not covered by my insurance and they advised me in advance and I could decide whether or not to receive those tests. I found their staff very pleasant and will use them again.

Very pleased with my service with Dr.Ding. She gave me an eye exam and a contact lens fitting. The associates, Sonia, Courtney and Angelica were very accomodating. I was going to be late and they were able to reschedule me for an appointment 40 minutes later. I only waited about 5 minutes before my testing was started. Everyone had with smiles on their faces.

Very friendly staff. I was seen by the doctor, Dr. Gomez almost instantly, who was also very helpful and friendly and explained everything very well. Picking glasses was fast and easy and they helped with the price quite a bit. Overall excellent experience and would recommend lenscrafters to anyone looking to get glasses.
